In my opinion, why say 5am EDT, when really they mean, "When we get to work"DT.
Absolutely agree. Once upon a time I thought they uploaded this data in advance to the MS servers (or their own) and then just opened the floodgates at a certain time according to their server clock so they could do all this crap while they have more pressing business... such as a comfortable nights sleep.

Just a heads up, the achievements are very spoiler-free and generic. Feel free to check them out them.
I just hope people pay attention closely to the last one, we already have enough "Will Liara be a squadmate now?" threads/questions, as it is, despite Bioware saying there will be no more.

Seems with todays technology, they could set it up to be released depending on the time zones, so the peeps in Britain and western Europe would get it on the date specified instead of the next day
We cant have that, that would be convenient and helpful..... out of the question....

As I said, it would be convenient, true to their word, and nice.
Cant have that.

Then tell us that, not, 5 am...
Its funny how people think telling the fanbase EXACTLY what they really want to say is a bad thing.
If they said, "We really want to make sure that everything is right before we give the all go."
Then I would be more than perfectly fine with it.
