Okay, so how am I supposed to watch more videos? They keep repeating the same videos over and over. I'm guessing there by doing outside missions?

Christina said something about leaving the base & coming back 6 minutes later (while the game is still going on, I would presume)

Do a mission, or come back the next day (literally the next day in real life). The reason she said 6 minutes was if your playing it at 11:54, come back at 12:00 and it will be considered the next day.

I want to know what Christina Norman is hinting at! Is it the delivery system, or something else?!?!

Not too sure, myself, but I did see quite a few answers, to some of the questions, posted on the forums.

Such as; Jack's age - 24 (born 2161), her name (possibly) although I think the last name used, is a deviation of "not".

And there are the additional upgrades and resources, as well as being able to "retrain" your squadmates' powers.

She said "Hint to fans - there are some ongoing benefits to beating shadow broker that I don't think anyone has picked up on yet. Investigate!" So I'm curious as to what she means. I don't think it's the dossiers.

It could, also, have something to the various videos.

But, like I said, I don't know, for sure, either.

I will be keeping an eye out for any additional info/hints, though.

 That's amazing!

The best part is, I have no more missions on almost all of my playthrough's. I literally have NOTHING left to do.

I think it would be incumbent upon us to check up on the characters we CAN check up on from the videos to see if anything has changed.

I have one question though, does anyone else get a lot static, that garbles the hell out of what's being said in the videos?

I'm curious if this is supposed to happen, or if it might be a bug.

thanks

I'm about to play it again, so...

I just want to throw this question out one more time, for the PC players, as well.

I play on the 360, so I want to clarify, that it is part of the game, and not a 360 bug.

(I didn't download the DLC, right after it became available, in order to avoid any technical problems)

Aside from Anderson... you can't speak to most of them. I tried with Liara's father and she has the same dialogue.

Okay, because I'm interested in the minor characters and fail at subtexts...One of the Capt. Gavorn surveillance bids had him sitting on a bed, and a male human walked into view. Is there any explanation for that other than the one my gutter mind can come up with?

I wondered about that too...Especially since he's looking down at the floor.  I was like "...Is this what I think it is?"

I'm glad it's not just me!

Loved the DLC, highlights for me were the references bioware threw in really added to the awesomeness especially reusing some of the squad dialogue, Last boss fight was awesome I got to take my widow to the shadow broker like a base-ball bat, didn't romance Liara but still had a great time with her character during the DLC.

Now maybe bioware can start on an Ash/Kaidan DLC.

IIRC, someone said they went & mined a planet, returned to the base, and got something new.
It might work with the videos too.

Oh My Gosh this was such a fantastic DLC. I loved it. Liara's character was beyond awesome. Some really great character work there. Love the cinematic feel of the whole mission. Just some really great stuff.

These DLCs keep getting better and better.

whats the point of buying the smear campaign and other things? do they play out in ME2 or do we have to wait for ME 3?

No... I don't think anyone in the videos that you see has new lines. I tried with Liara's father and nothing changed.

I have to say... I'm kind of torn at the moment. I thought this was by far the best piece of gaming Bioware has done to date. Graphics, gameplay, a few hiccups in dialogue, but overall, superior.

I got my blue love bunny back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now... what concerns me th emost is how they will protray her character in ME3... and this is what makes me hesitate in purchasing it right away or pre-ordering. She can remain as the new Shadow Broker, because honestly... after playing the LOTSB... the role fits her perfectly. She has matured so much since ME1 and now we know why. The torment she went through was laid out for all to see in this DLC and it was wrenching. Had me reaching for the heart pills a couple times! lol! Ultimately though... her love for Shep overcame that, hence the ending.

What I DON'T want to see... and please take heed Bioware because with LOTSB you have restored my faith in you almost completely. DON'T let her become just an email or mission giver in ME3. If she is not a squaddie... then at least allow Shepard to return to her location (preferably her apartment which is much nicer) whenever he chooses. Please allow them to interact, I.E. talk, make love, what have you. Heck... he could even be visiting their children too since this was brought up in the DLC as one of his desires. If she is not a squaddie then make her a vital NPC in ME3. Someone Shepard turns to very often because of what they share together. And if possible, it might be epic to have her join him for the final battle.

I am going to be cautiously very optimistic for ME3 now... but if you regulate Liara to a nobody character I'm afraid I will not purchase the game. With the LOTSB you have created an epic romance... one for the ages... something I would have like to have seen with Revan and Bastila. You did it with this DLC... and you are no longer able to just shove her into a hole and push her aside. Liara is as intregal to the story now as Shepard considering what she said about the Protheans after the SB battle. Do it right Bioware. Do it right and make thousands of us love you guys!!

Just my two cents.

Now I'm going to go play it pre-SM!!

it's not a technical problem, it's supposed to happen. It means they don't have to record dialog for all the little videos.

just wondering im sure this dlc will have a huge impact on me3, since you have top clearance to the asari and turain governments, will be a huge help towards fighting the reapers, but if u dont do the dlc maybe the shadow broker will still be around in me3?

I like it. Would have loved it if they actually added in some squad banter like we kept asking them too.

Can someone post all the squadmates' info in the Shadow Broker DLC here? It'll be a while before I buy and play it.

Thanks, I was curious about how some knew, Anderson was speaking to a Cerberus agent, unless there is a really noticable logo somewhere. (haven't seen it, for myself yet, & wanted to know what to look/listen for)

To anyone who asked, you can change the difficulty up until you take the cab. I changed it right before the cab and got the achievement. It's actually a very easy mission in hardcore/insanity.

Sadly, it won't. This is DLC and since it is elective, they cannot make it vital to the understanding of the plot. Technically, they could just make the fact that Liara took over the SB canon and say she did it without you, but lost Feron or something. That way, those who did it would get some reward over those who didn't.

I loved this exchange:

Liara: So what are you fighting for Shepard? A chance to give Miss vas Normandy a homeworld?

Shepard: Tali is important to me.

Liara: Yes, I know. She has been awestruck of you since she joined the Normandy two years ago.

Shepard: You could have told me.

Liara: And ruin the fun of you two finding out? I hope you two find happiness.

I lol'ed as well but....

TIM with an asari? It just seems a little.....out of character maybe?

Hmm, I've always seen him as being pro-humanist, but not necessarily anti-alien.

Also, unfortunately, he wouldn't necesarilly need to particularly respect her as a person to want to nail her. Even if he were a true biggot, and I agree he seems to deserve more credit than that, he might be a bit curious, and a man in his position could indulge that curiosity on, basically, a mere whim.
