Excellent DLC, well worth the price, my only complaint is Liara after all the conversation was done. "Happy to see you" or whatever. They could have at least had a looping dialog, maybe an option to kiss or hug, something similar to DAO. I don't know.

Very, very good. Thank BW.

It would actually have been preferrable if she had remained huched
over her console and just looked over her shoulder to deliver that
single line -- detached; sure, but less automaton-like. :P
Seconded on the "very good" and "thanks", though. :)

Okay so I finally have the time to play through the shadow broker. I will like to say this to the development team that was one of your best add-on for mass effect universe. Can we have another DLC which reflect on our past? The reason for asking this, we all know our Shepard is going to die. So this is what I propose.

1. War Hero: - we get to visit the planet that we saved during our early military career which will be Elysium. Get to interact with some high key officinal.

2. Sole survivor: - Revisit to the planet Akuze to really put all that went wrong behind you for good.

3. Ruthless: - Things you did back on Torfan come back to haunt you making you revisit the planet Torfan once again.

4. Spacer:- you get to sit and finally chat with your mum tell her all you trouble and how you don’t think you will be making it back the next time you leave on you grand mission to save the universe

5. Earth-Born: - you finally make it back to earth to look for a old friend who you stick to gather during your rough childhood in the slums of Earth.

6. Colonist: - here same like the spacer; you get to meet the family the look after you when your family and friends get slaughter.

7. We finally get to meet Admiral Hackett in person at fifth fleet HQ (Arcturus station). Note this, should begin the chase to find either Ashley or Kaidan to have the chance to continue the romance story into ME2 for those fans out there who have be left out. During your talks or I should say debriefing with Admiral Hackett you learn that Ashley or Kaidan have be assign to a planet near the boarding and there have lost contact with the planet and you have to come and save them as usually. This way the development team would not have to put out with alot of disappointing fans of trying to come up with Ashley story DLC and Kaidan story DLC.

shepard, with the shadow brokers help(liara), track down TIM, and give him a beat down, and create a merc group, to use and defend the galaxy from anything, and everything, like a space age A-TEAM

If the mass effect wiki is to be trusted - yes it will. But i've always gotten some resource so - for it to run out, I figure, do a save edit and do LotSB the very first thing with Miri and Jacob and go back to the lair after every mission and every N7 mission.

Or go back every day for a month lol.

I loved this mission the only major complaint is that I couldn't claim the position of the shadow broker for myself. It fits my personality perfectly.

But was great fun to go trough all the story

So I was thinking the entire run up to the inside of the Shadow Broker's base invoked a memory of what it felt like to run up the Citadel Tower after Saren. Both times felt like an epic struggle to reach your destination before it was too late. It was a feeling that the Suicide Mission was never able to achieve for me.

It's funny, I said the same thing during my LP. The trek to find a hatch into the citadel tower is astoundingly similar to your quest to find a hatch into the SB ship...<_< I was half expecting to catch up to the SB just as he was boarding an escape vessel and watch helplessly as he waved and flew off.

A few observations, now that I've played through this DLC 4 times...

Anybody ever notice that Vasir basically gives herself away at the beginning when she talks about how the sniper didn't count on Liara having her barrier up? How would she know about that unless she was there?

My last play-through was as an Engineer. Combat Drone makes the final battle against SB really easy. Like much easier than any of the other classes I've tried.

That surprised me the very first time I played it, and I tried all the conversation options hoping for an explanation. When she ultimately turned out to be the assassin, I concluded that Shepard is dumber than he has any right to be. He didn't even ask "Wait, why is a Spectre out here in the Terminus systems? And what is your connection with Liara?" Sure, she could have manufactured a plausible excuse, but why wouldn't Shepard at least ask this? <_<

The talk was not about Liara´s biotic barrier. Apparently, Liara had fortified the window glasses by installing a kinetic barrier.

Nevertheless, the question remains why a SPECTRE would be so convieniently appear at a crime site. Since when do SPECTRE simpe criminalistic research?

As I've Posted b4, this is the best ME2 DLC so far, as bioware said this is only the beginning of the Story DLC linking to ME3, so I can't wait to see whats coming.
And I still think the next one will have Kaidan and ashey and something to do with the Alliance, Shepard was once a big part of the Alliance, so something is gonna happen there, also like Liara, they need to expand the story around Shepard and the Virmire Surivor, so yup, thats what is coming next I belive.
Also I still Belive Liara will be back as a squadmate in ME3, Bioware did say the ME1 romance chars would have a big role in ME3, big roles usually mean they are next to the player alot (squadmate).
And the General feeling at the End of LOTSB even for non-romance, I got the impression she'll be back somehow. but we'll see what happens.
Also more skycar scenes plz, this time in the citidel or omega, lol, omega is a tangled mess of a place, imagine speeding thru it while been chased or chasing someone.

Of course Liara will be a squadmate in ME3. BioWare didn't go to the trouble of keeping her alive through the events of ME2 just so she could hang out on a hub world in ME3. It isn't even worth speculating about. It's a done deal as far as I'm concerned.

What do you mean by Shepard is dumber. why should he/she ask such question. You turn to forget what a Spectre is and what it means. they are the eye and ears of the council so been in the Terminus systems give the council all then need to know about what going on in that sector of space. Think you have forgot you job.

I always assumed she had simply concluded that since there are bullet holes in the window, yet no bullet impact holes around the room and no blood, a barrier cushioned the shots. Doesn't require a great deal of explanation ;).

Since Liara was one of Ilium's most powerful and respected information brokers, and an attempt on her life might be a big deal?

More to the point, if Shepard is any indication, Spectres involve themselves in everything from galaxy-level threats to petty industrial espionage to fertility counseling. "No job too big, no job too small." :-)

Her presence and demeanor was still suspicious for other reasons. But Shepard of all people can hardly be surprised if a Spectre decides to take an interest in a crime that she happens to run across in the course of her duties. (Even if the victim weren't a member of a prominent asari family, a key figure in the still-recent defense of the Citadel, a rising information broker, etc.) What, Shepard's the only Spectre who gets side quests? :-)

No, LotSB took her OUT of the squad ... she IS the NEW Shadow Broker. Helping Shepard out with reliable intel (unlike TIM who sucks) behind the scenes, not in combat.
EDIT
But remaining LOYAL to your ME1 LI is critical in ME3, we'll have to wait and see how THAT plays out.
