I started my second playthrough with the Bonus power of "Warp" ammo. After unlocking the scientific bay I was given the extra slot in my squad section for my charecter for another "Bonus" talent/power. 

I had dual bonus powers for severla hours of game play until I went to do the Kasumi loyalty mission. As I entered the Kasumi I lost a the extra bonus power and now only have one.

Is the second bonus power a glitch or was it a glitch that I lost it? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
