I got the The Stone Prisoner and Blood Dragon Armor premium content with my copy of Dragon Age: Origins.

I installed it just recently and have been playing with it for a little while now, and starting yesterday I've been getting the message: This saved game includes BioWare premium content. To load this saved game, an owner of the following premium content must log in: The Stone Prisoner; Blood Dragon Armor.

My game is new, been playing it for a while with the premium content, so I am clueless as to why it is happening now. It happens sometimes that I can access my game if i exit the game and go back on it, but it's just so weird. 

I do remember installing it when I wasn't logged in, could that have any effect on it? ):

I am having the same problem or something similar maybe :S

I have also downloaded "The Stone Prisoner, Blood Dragon Armor" however now I can't log into my saved game as it says I have to be logged in with the account that has the authority on it, and that is me or the account I am logged in as, so what the heck do I do now, also if I look in the downloaded or onstalled section in DLC from the game menu, it shows Stone Prisoner as unautherised, how do I fix this???

Here's something that worked for me.

Go into My Documents > BioWare > Dragon Age > Settings and rename a file named "Profile.dap". Any modification to its name will render it useless (I renamed it "Pro12file.dap"). When you enter the game next, everything should work fine.

forget about all deleting folders, rename files and account issues



just right click the DRAGON AGE.exe and execute as administrator and the irritating UNAUTHORIZED will be gone !!!

I have Vista and none of the solutions work. When i log onto my account i can see that i have all the dlc I need but when I open the game it still says that the dlc is unauthorised.

I've tried everything. Patches and renaming files, et cetera, but it still claims my DLC's are unauthorized and won't let me load my game. Any other help?

I tried that link yesterday still did not help. I have since then contacted 2 different agents via chat. Both stated it is an engineering issue and they are working on it, no eta as to when it will be resolved.

the only way i've been able to play the game is to disconnect from the game servers. dont allow the game to log online. it has worked well for me.

I have the Steam Digital Download version of the DAO ultimate edition. Went through the registration process on bioware, and redeemed the code for the DLC. All content is coming up as unauthorised, but installed and my Bioware 'wallet' is still @ zero. anyone else having the same issue?

yes something wrong on the server end. if u try and add more points on the website, your "wallet" amt will show up there.

I finally found a solution that works for me. Here, let me quote:

Nothing I've done works and support is useless... they told me to manually uninstall the game and reinstall... not really a solution is it, and it didn't work. I can't play anymore, all my dlc's are gone (deleted) and aren't redownloading.

I'm experiencing a similar issue. I recently reinstalled WinXP on my computer, and installed the Steam version of DA:O. I have over 230 hours logged with all my DLC and have the achievements for all the DLC I currently own tied to my account assuring me that I do own the DLC.

However all 3 of my DLC tabs (DLC available, downloading and installed) are empty now. It has only happened after I attempted to install my retail version of Awakening, finding out that its not compatible with my Steam version of DA:O, and redeeming both codes in the EADM for digital downloads.

Now no matter the source of my installation for DA:O (Steam or EADM) my DLC simply doesn't appear and if I attempt to DL it on its own it is all marked as 'Unauthorized'.

I've gone through all the old DLC issue FAQs and again, support has only told me that it's an issue they're working on and directed me to this thread.

I'm going to attempt the 'Authorization = 0' trick but beyond that it seems like my DLC is entirely removed from my account as far as the game is concerned. Almost like the server isn't contacting/isn't correctly reading what I'm authorized to have.

DAO Ultimate for PC just purchased and installed and registered and activated. Game tells me that all of my extra DLC is unauthorized ? WTF ? So I'm talking with EA live support and they tell me it's a known issue ? Come on guys get it together.

Any ETA on a fix ?
