So let's try one as well. Only here, us being basically backwards with our ancient game, we will do the game backwards as well. First the answers, then the questions. If you're not sure your questions are correct you can wait with thinking up new answers until someone gives you some confirmation (but generally this will probably not be required).
Enough ado, let's start.

Third one, the entrance to The Twisted Rune? Except when you don't have the rogue stone.

The Potion of Everlasting, Gemjump scroll and the Boots of Stomping are items that you cannot get without having the Collector's Editions of Baldur's Gate I, Tales of the Sword Coast, Baldur's Gate II and Throne of Bhaal all installed at the same time - and even with them you won't be able to get them if you don't type a completely random 20 letter password correctly into the console.
