If you enchant something with 5 Vampiric Regeneration, do you get +5 damage on the weapon and then +5 regeneration for each hit? Or do you only get the regeneration?
Vamp regen - does it do that much damage too?

no you recover 5 health with every successful hit with the weapon (or if the damage is less than 5, then you recover the total amount of damage dealt but it does not add additional damage or ab.
It is a very useful property though as with say 10 attacks/round with 5vamp regen on both weapons (assuming a medium bab duel wielding build) you can recover 50hp/round (if each hit is successful)
