Ok ive read through loads of lightmapping problem posts on here and I still cant fix this

Tried so far.......

Intall Active Python 2.5.5.7

Uninstall Active Python and Installed Python 2.5.4 and the pywin32-214.win32-py2.5

Uninstalling everything and installing Python 1st then da toolset

I'm not very good with error logs so this is a total shot in the dark, but would it have anything to do with your Dragon Age folders being within the Steam directory? Just something I noticed quickly, I could be totally off.

I've found that using Program Files (or the x86 one) in Win7 leads to access problems a lot of times - not only for DA but for other apps too.

You could try putting that command in a batch file and running it as an administrator to see if it woks. If it does, right-click EclipseRay.exe and make sure run as administrator is checked and see if that helps running the lightmapper from within the toolset.
