Help, bioware points stole my money! lol

However, when i checked my account online indeed $7 had been taken out and given to "checkcard paypal EA inc." plus another two dollars (two separate transactions for one dollar each) for paypal. (i'm not worried about these i think they are just to check my account is an actual account with funds etc and i believe they get refunded. Obviously i'm more worried about the fact that bioware's site said my transaction didn't go through and paypal still took the money from me (and supposedly according to the transaction delivered it to ea).
I will check my points frequently to see if anything changes. But i get the feeling it won't. Can one of bioware's kind support people please pm me so i can send details etc to get this fixed.

I purchased 800 points this morning. 10.00 AM (European Time)
paypal has already given me a confirmation e-mail that the money has been paid.
But still no confirmation from EA, so I'm still without my BWpoints

My previous point purchases were all instantaneous. The problem must be related to the heavy traffic on the site now.

The best I can suggest is contacting support in such issues.

The problem with that is, assuming my points don't turn up after that time, support may take another twenty-four hours to respond to another help request.

What is the email you people used to sort this out???
The above posts saying they have to wait 48hours well that is complete crap...there should be some way you can cancel the transaction if it doesn't go through to the end. Why is it a 2 step system anyway...Paypal takes my money...pays EA and then the browser has to confirm payment...only my browser just went to the main Mass Effect 2 page.
Sorry I am fairly ropeable at the moment as I wanted to spend today playing these expansions NOT having to wait a day or 2 or more days on a getting problem solved that is EA/Biowares fault.

I only get options to ask about Dragon age, nothing about ME 2
EDIT: I don't know which way you guys paid for your points but I used PayPal.
So I'm going to send a message to PayPal resolution center. Hopefully they can do something.

Yeah, I guess they ran out of those digital points & need to print more?

Unfortunately I just checked the PayPal transaction details on PayPal.com; the payment status is listed as “Completed” not “Canceled”. My PayPal payment was made using a credit card--and there is a recent charge for $16.20 appearing on my credit card statement from PAYPAL *EA INC 402-935-7733 CA. This is the amount for the 1200 Bioware Points.
Sent off a response detailing this. But I don’t expect much. Guess I will be opening a PayPal dispute soon.
