hey guys this happened to me just now, but I fixed it. All I did was go-on live chat on the EA support and just told the agent my problem, and it was sorted out right then and there...in under 10 minutes, I recommend others do the same...
(btw, i used paypal if that makes a difference?)
Help, bioware points stole my money! lol

so basically EA is telling me I have to deal with Paypal since they didn't get any money and Paypal is telling me I have to deal with EA since they can't do anything about something "virtual" (which is irrelevant if the item hasn't been paid at all! - but the money is gone from my account that's a certainty.)
This thing is a total mess... I don't even know what my next step should be, beside forgetting about those 13,94 euros entirely.

Sorry for double posting but support was kind enough to give me my points in the end, which I think is quite generous. It took time but finally the situation is resolved!
The fear of having to use Paypal again is there however... I guess it's just bad luck but still. Don't wanna go through that again!

I've sent 3 emails to different EA and Bioware emails. All saying the same thing. I paid about 3 days ago for 560 points for the Kasumi DLC. Still don't have the points, or a return email. **** Bioware AND EA and their stupid, terrible customer support.

Speaking of customer support... is even possible to contact Bioware? Yesterday I bought some DLC for DA2 and installed them on my pc with no problem... but I can't accutally use them! I can see them in my list of DLC but can't activate them!
