Stasis: I used it, but not very often. I just kept forgetting Liara had it to be honest. When I did use it, I used it more to make an enemy vulnerable for a few seconds after the effect wore off. That said, I think it is a great strategic defensive power and would love to see it in ME3.



Liara: I was really afraid she was just going to be a follower, but having her be a squadmate was terrific. Thanks for taking the extra time to put her in the party.

I think stasis is really good. Being able to CC an enemy that is charging you or a super enemy while you kill the little guys is pretty useful. Plus the enemy drops to the ground after it expires and it allows you to unload on them. It is definitely a lot more useful in ME 2 then ME 1.

Thanks for that diary on the development of the stasis biotic.  I'm new to the ME crowd.  I didn't play ME1, so a lot of that stuff is lost on me.  Now that I've finished one play of ME2, I can go back and play Shadow Broker with Liara's power.  Thanks.

I don't know why you would think that. She was by far the most powerful ally in ME1...

Really cool to see that much thought go into their decisions. Amazing work the team has pulled off with the Mass Effect series.
