unlike most rpg in dragon age origins you can walk using the / buttion of the numpad does anyone else do this?

i try to walk as mutch i can feel more real but often its to slow and i start running again anyone?

Yeah, whenever I want to check out the enviroment I walk. Or if you are encountering someone from afar, it feels more epic to walk rather than run. So I walk pretty much... i hate games that doesn't have the option to walk.

Not often only when im looking for traps,but i usually tell my party to hold send my dwarf with the most hitpoints to check ahead if he finds a trap and doesnt servive i just heal him with my mage .

I sometimes walk with a rogue character in rooms full of traps, but those are rare.
