bigger problems in life than faulty dlc to a (brilliant) game, we all paid, the download link is still good,
chill, give Bioware time, they don't want this either
Well they may not want it but they aren't doing much professionally about the situation are they ? As people have said before me they should have removed the download link and replaced the DLC page with an explanation. The corrupted file has now been accessable for nearly 4 hours and they have made no attempt to protect their customers.
It is damn irresponsible for Bioware to leave the DLC purchase pages up when there clearly is not a working product to purchase. They should at least put a warning on the purchase page, but no they just leave it all running whilst they dick around trying to sort it out, that is incredibly unprofessional.
This right here is really the only thing to get riled up about, because it could be fixed easily. People are wasting time and bandwidth, and not every disgruntled buyer will find his way to the forums to be enlightened about the nature of the problem.

maybe they could update the file with a trojan or worm or something like that... to make the "Fist in the face of the customer" experience more thrilling.
But on the other hand they already got our money, so why bother?

I agree with Charming here this is unacceptable to have to deal with this. I'm not that mad because I haven't bought it and its hard to say its worth the money when it doesn't even work.
I'm willing to wait until it does work but people who did buy it are entilted to get mad.
oh hello there fellow GTAforumer

You technically didn't pay money for the dlc, you paid money for the Bioware Points you used to purchase the game, theres a slight but important distinction there, and as it's tracked on your profile when they fix the problem and upload the proper version you'll be able to download your dlc no problems, so i still dont see what all the crying is about
- We still spent money on this DLC. That "you didn't spend actual money on this DLC" argument won't work.
- They uploaded an installer that doesn't work.
- They haven't removed said installer, nor have they put up some kind of notice to people who go to download it.
