it seems they have also removed the DLC from the DLC page on the Mass Effect website. It is good to see them finally doing something to protect their customers (about 4 hours too late mind you). However it's also a hint that there isn't going to be a fix any time soon.

The link is gone, but the file is still present on the servers. If you go to the location of the file you can still download it...

PC users currently are experiencing a technical issue with the downloaded file that prevents ALL PC users from playing the DLC. We are aware of this issue and have taken the following steps:



# We have removed the incorrect file from the download section so no further incorrect downloads will occur

# We are working on a fix for the issue and will get a working file up for PC users ASAP

More detail

If you downloaded the incomplete file (it is essentially 15 Gig of zeroes) this will not harm your system

You will NOT be charged again once the correct file is ready for download

We do not have a more accurate eta for the correct PC DLC, but when we do I will let you know.



As soon as we have more information I will post it here. We are sorry that this occured and we appreciate your patience as we work to get the fix to you.

It will work with your OS when it is fixed. It doesn't work on any OS at present, relax and read the previous pages.

Glad i checked this forum while it was downloading, had 300Mb before realising I was getting a broken file. Guess I'll grab it tomorrow instead now.

According to some people on Twitter this DLC includes the Terminus Armour and the M-490 Blackstorm. Please say it it's true!

not forgetting it also includes a window washer for the normandy, deluxe bunk beds, cheeseburgers and french fries at the canteen, also automated fish feeder and a shower in the captains cabin, i wish.

Yeah, almost 2 hours for nothing. Why didn´t they test the file was OK before uploading it? <_<
