Sure, it is just a game. But it is also a stress reliever, a mean of escape.  So if spend your days and weeks dealing with all sorts of F&%3 ups, and delays, and the you come home anticipating to have some quality time for yourself - and find this sort of thing  - that can be pretty devastating.

I paid for it too, and I want it. I am just pointing out that the statement "I will never trust BW in the future" or "BW totally lost my trust" is BS. Because everyone on this forum loves ME. ME is an amazing game, unlike any other and people will keep coming back no matter how many technical screw ups.
IT is all about the story and the art, the technical stuff is background noise.

Wow, so that's why I can't find the DLC even though all the ads and whatnot say its now available. LOL This is what we get being 2nd class to the g-damn consoles, I guess. :/

I'm sure glad I checked here first, though - I have Windows 7 64 bit as well so I would have had to wait anyway.

It's like the first 40 pages didn't exist or something.

For the newcomers:
It's not your OS.  It's the file.  Delete whatever you downloaded, and wait for the announcement that the corrected file has been uploaded.

Same happened with Dragon Age, when it was revealed that the Warden will not appear in the sequel.
"BIOWARE SUCKS, BIOWARE IS LAME, IF THE WARDEN DOES NOT APPEAR I'LL NOT BUY DA2".
And now? Hawke fan thread, Hawke is awesome, etc.
It always happen. Never fails. I really love Bioware and their games, what I don't like is when they ignore my questions in order to answer something else, concerning nutella or beards, or that kind of things.
But oh well.

Meh i'm not really angry about this. Extremely disappointed and also slightly amused that a company the size of BioWare could make such a ****up. I think even the people here who are saying they will never buy BioWare again know they will be one of the first in line for the next DLC regardless. I'm just hoping now that they can get this fixed by CoD today otherwise I won't be able to play this till tomorrow and even if BioWare cannot understand the vitriol i'm sure they can understand how frustrating it is to have the whole game spoiled before you can even play it.

To the Xbox360 owners who have been enjoying the game and feel the need to spoil it for people, grow up. One day this will happen to you and I will have no sympathy when the PC owners are rubbing your noses in it.

Doesn,t work with Win 7 64bit., shades of ME 1. Thought they learned that lesson years ago! Guess they need their bare butts spanked in Macy's storefront window!!! Hope it doesn't take as long to fix as the original release of ME1. Now where did I put Old Betsy?
