I dont know the reason behind BioWare joinig EA , but it was bad idea. EA have a certain reputation of Failure. in past few years EA disapointed most of their fans, i think EA sould restrain itself from PC games and continue operationg in consoe area only. Whoever writes scripts (storyline) for ME2 and DAO cares about game, desiners and voice actors are good enough to be called PRO. Programers... just where did you crawl from? From high school?

Are you kidding me, world hunger. You sound like a 4year old on toddler in tiaras. Obviously people would like to play something they paid for. World hunger, world peace, and trying to get everyone to hold hands can wait till tomorrow.

LOL I laugh at people like you. It seems that a couple people complain constantly about things that are extremely popular (twighlight, avatar, starcraft 2 to name a few) even though these things make a ton of money regardless of their errors. Do you even know that more people play DA then ME2?

I want the DLC for free and my money back and to have relations with Miranda IRL!!!00!!" (threw some 0's in for ppl who downloaded the dlc alrdy)

Success doesn't undo brokenness. Dragon Age was very successful because the game is really good, but that doesn't mean it doesn't crash many many times before you actually complete it.

Never had any real problem with Mass Effect 2 though, this is a first. Very annoying though.

I had the same issue, 1 second of DOS and then nothing, so itried to re-download it, gone to the purchased DLCs page and saw that it was gone.

So i checked to the main site, on specialised sites and found nothing...they could at least send an email, they are EA, a huge company, what does it takes to write " there has been a technical error the service will be restored soon".
