The filename hasn't changed, but the URL is slightly different. Here's the current link from my profile page:

1) could it be the actual code of the DLC? the one it took months to develop?
Nope.2) could it be that EA, that uses the same "cloud computing" (google it) resources for the download center and this very form, that's on the Bioware domain, just can't upload the file from somewhere that is essentially on the same network?
Nope.3) Is it possible that just the front end installer bugged after compression, and that's why every single bit assumed it's default value? 0 and not 1 ?
Nope. You are such an unprecedented noob, you actually used the name of a hardware company, when you jokingly claim top be a programmer...
That "hardware company" writes software as well you moron. Without their drivers your PC wouldn't work. Search for "Intel" in your Windows folder, or do what I told you -- use Google to look up "Intel Black Belt" and my name. Moron.
TAQ: What a pitiful excuse, even mentioning that a company that makes processor ALSO write drivers. is like saying that a lion is Also A living creature. they made the freakin chip! who else would now how to make it more then a paperweight! first to be recognized by BIOS/CMOS and then on a higher level with OS.
Why would I look into any reference you claim to have? the guy who thinks that Bioware can develop the mass effect trilogy, but can't upload a new file to a website when that's the whole issue? Are you reading this?? AHHH
Nope? that's how you back your claims?
Also? where's your suggested theory? for this? oh, I forgot, YEAAAA RighTTTTT
Go hide somewhere BS spammer noob
Reinstall your Browser and pretend that this didn't happen.

TAQ: yes, i AM dumb, i can't understand why someone would state that they are aware of said thread, while accusing bioware of saying nothing about it
Yes you ARE dumb and you can't read.
As I said before, forum post is not the same thing as an official announcement on the website, and besides "we are working on it" there wasn't any update until now.
They owe you an update of what went wrong on the technical level?
Reveling the way they work and problem-solve so that you'd feel better with a few hour wait??
Your BS gets worse every thread, when will you start with "I now what your are, but what an I?"
