Had the same problem as numerous other people. I have vista but not sure which edition (32, 64, etc). Am downloading again to check which I have. As long as I don't have to pay again to get the correct file, I can handle waiting a little while for them to fix it.

Actually, I play it on both. I was just pointing out that this was the wrong place for saying the same thing over and over.

Edit: And more likely for a BW employee to find the problem on the forum.

Um why shouldn't we flood the announcement thread with complaints? it's all we can do as consumers who have waited patiently on a later release time (why wasn't this released at the same time as LIVE?) and then wasted bandwidth downloading a pretty damned large file that's nothing more than spam. I've posted in the technical support forum, and I'm going to post here too. We can do both.
