were you able to install it now on to ME2 but it doesnt show in the game or still the same trouble with the small black text box?

no i had trouble with the box only yestrday now i install it but it does not show up in the game

Well downloaded with FF last night (GMT+1), which did not work, tried with IE, same result, so really your comment is as point less as this one. Do stop act like a brat who got his candy before the rest of us.

I do hope it works when I get home from work.

ps. it is really annoying that a release does not install, I know I would get spanked by my users if I did that.. so bioware, spank yourself as punishment. post pictures or it didnt happen.

in what other ways can you download it? i just click on the download link like all the other DLCs i have downloaded and it worked fine. and i have a reason to be pissed because my connection isnt fast.
so how can i download it properly in your eyes?

I really liked the "new" power. Awesome DLC worth every penny in my opinion.

Except I didn't get it before anyone else: I got it last night already, soon as it came back online, like so many others with me. And I was able to download it at full speed too.

It's one thing if you people moan when the DLC was broken; but it's fixed now. Come to grips with that.

Yes, that would be annoying. Except it installs and plays just fine. Stop blaming Bioware for your own crappy installations.

I still have problems with this DLC, I have already dowloaded it four times, last time at 11 this morning, but it doesn't install, click on it 2 minutes of waiting and nothing.....I have updated the game at 1.02 patch... Any Idea?

Maybe you need to wait longer than 2 minutes. Seriously; on my i7 980x it took about 30 secs or so before it would even start up and show its 'verifying installer' message. So, on a slower system, it could take well over 2 minutes.

Oh, and the install patches to 1.02 itself; so no need to do that manually.

Thank you guys from Bioware for fixing the error this fast. I as gamer apologize for all the idiots who just know flaming when something is not working. Makes one wonder if they never make any mistakes, I mean besides thinking spamming does anything.

It still doesnt work in Europe you can instal it and start the Quest but whean you get to liaras apartment and start to talk to the spectrer the game stops working.

Keep in mind that this is like a 1.5G RAR file; it may be decompressing (to memory) first or something for validation; or it simply takes time to traverse the file-tree of the archive thru 1.5G of data. It's bound to lock up your system for a while; just don't interrupt it: it doesn't hang, it's just busy.

Guys, I may have found the solution to the download problem for us PC players. This is what I did. I just downloaded patch 1.02, gave it a few mins then there it was installing! I ran the game for a second to see if it went through, it did! Haven't played the dlc just yet but looks like if you download patch 1.02 it might just work. I hope it does for those having problem, good luck.

This DLC was so sweet keep it coming BIOWare.

I spent a good 2-3 hours playing Lair of the Shadow Broker (a good half hour of that was probably spent reading dossiers in Liara's/Shadow Broker's new lair).

Easily the best DLC yet.  Long, involved, rich, and satisfying.  A great adventure, awesome flying taxi scene, and a chance to reignite your relationship with Liara all rolled into one!  This was well worth the cost.
