OK, so i'm trying to follow the most "up-to-date" info re: this DLC... so, is it fixed and safe to download, or is it still "glitched"?

perhaps, someone can give a definitive answer, with a date attached, to make it clear where we stand...?

It seems like a lot of people are against DLC for the human love interest. Though I agree with a lot of the comments on that issue. I have no problem to play a DLC where Ash/Kai are a big part of the mission.



In any case, if a new DLC is released. I'd say I want to see one on Wrex. Though it might be tough for those who have him dead from their ME1 file.

Loved the DLC. The banter between Shepard and Liara was awesome. The Shadow Broker's ship is amazing. I like that you can return to the command center or whatever to invest, pick up resources, and see new videos. The Khalisah al-Jilani ones are hilarious. Don't like the gas money I have to spend to keep up this long distance relationship though. Maybe the investments cover it. Like the chivos. $10 seemed kind of high for a few hours of play, but screw it, I'd buy it 100 out of 100 times. I loved it, and I guess there's some replayability. It's great that this universe keeps getting bigger and I like that there's a path to ME3. Thanks Bioware!

also: for me this DLC was most important as I abstained from all the possible relationships that were present for my femshep, I wanted Liara back and that was exactly what I got.

My only hope is for yet more dlc, books, comics, god forbid even a good film. Better then Star Wars... thats right I said it. wanna fight about it? Im a hard core SW fan but this...this is the starwars for computer games... it instantly makes it cooler cuz you can change the plot!

If starwars were ME wed have been able to shoot jar jar in the head a long time ago! Or even just never have him in the party.

i loved liara in this dlc so much, completely got rid of the doubts i had by not romancing tali.



The love scene was beautiful, and mark meer did a ridiculously good job in the VA department. I loved the banter between shep and liara too. To be honest, finding out who the broker was didn't really interest me that much when i started playing the dlc lol, just getting back with liara.

Played it last night. I was very impressed.

Better writing then the last few dlc's, and visuals were awesome.

I saw the shadow broker being one person coming, but who it was kinda was a WTF moment, but i liked it. Made things more clear, and mysterious around how the ME universe works.

Finally completed the new DLC after around 4 hours, also read and listened to every conversation there was. Amazing job guys, I predicted some aspects of the ending but you still managed to surprise and impress me!



Best DLC you had to date! Loved all of the easter eggs as well and the dossiers!

But u know what i really loved [besides getting back together with liara of course] i really loved the dossiers on ur squad mates

Lair of the shadowbroker was a great DLC 9.5/10. Great closer for your relationship with Liara, and wonderful new environments to explore. There is also an awesome story here that keeps you engaged til the end, and also plenty of rewards and bonuses to make the DLC worth while as well.

Dossiers were awesome, though there were a few missing that I'd like to have seen, but no biggie, and there's more DLC to come I'm sure. And being able to retrain your squad-mates powers....full of win!

just finished the DLC . . loved it.. someone mentioned earlier how the battles where no longer you at one end of the room lobbing biotics and bullets at the other.. sooooo true..

Thoroughly enjoyed it. The combat was great (especially since this was the first time I got to use the Mattock), the cut-scenes and conversations (VA included) were also very good. The story was at least as good if not better than I hoped and the ending was good too. Overall I am very pleased and can't wait to run through it again on my other chracters.

My one and only complaint is that it only took me 2 hours on hardcore on my first playthrough and that was having to reset once due to a scripted sequence bug. So it wasn't significantly longer than Overlord IMO.

I've downloaded the broker DLC four times in the last 2 hours. Guess what? The damn download is broken.

I just wanna say Thanks, becuase it seems like they gave us,The Liara fans get what we just wanted,and action,wonderful places to explore and a new ship with a lotta new things to do and well you know if you have played it,though it was very short for me, I might say you have fullfilled my expectations,perhaps even surpassed it...again I only wish it would have been longer...

Again thanks for this wonderful DLC and for me that is,the best so far...Looking foward to any new dlc and to ME3 OBVIOUSLY....


To Onevillageidiot, I had the corrupted file,but someone on this podt posted a link to the fixed one,and that one installed just fine,are you sure you are not installing the bad one,check the post...although chances are you already did,just trying to help!

Can somebody tell me the data size of the complete DLC .exe program?

Like I said above, I've downloaded twice at keyboard, but they are two different sizes. One is 32,624KB and the other is 994,808KB. Both give me the same error message.



besides that, anyone have ideas on how to solve this?
