A shame for our country, but the polish version of the newest DLC is broken. The game developer in our country was ( most probably ) not pleased with the amount of cash made on the polish varsion DLC-s made before and havent put any effort to make this one usefull to us. Our homemade IT specialists found out how to use it, but we would have to change the languadge of the whole game, and also create new save files, so no story continuation till we make a new game file.

i dont think so. you can install the dlc, with some registry digging, so your main game would remain polish, but the new DLC will be english. I think it wont affect savegames, at least nobody said that in the hungarian forums i visit...

Change entry Language in the following registry key from "pl" (or whatever you have there) to "en"

Watch for this becouse its case sensitive.
32bit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\SOFTWARE\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\BioWare\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\Mass Effect 2

64bit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\SOFTWARE\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\Wow6432Node\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\BioWare\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\Mass Effect 2

Then install DLC and after that change Language back to original value...

Be lucky you arent in Japan. The price for 1400 points is 2,100 yen which is like 23 dollars. So 800 points works....no...actually Im mistaken. that also works out to about 13 dollars American.  Still, thats more than what youd pay elsewhere. No wonder the Xbox gets no love here.

Oh. Another thing. If you get it on with Laura pre-SM then try to get it on with another crew mate, what happens? Could it be that male Shepard can get with four chicks in the game? Lets count. Liara, Kelly, Jack and Miranda or Tali. Damn. Not only four chicks but up to three races too. What an intergalactic stud.

Liara's office computer is there so if you start the quest before recruiting Thane and Samara you can still get the info.

Just finished this DLC, and this is the best additional mission pack so far. It is a really touching story, with a super-great beginning ( I mean all that investigation in Liara's apartment, which has a unique atmosphere of conspiracy) and tremendous finale in the base of SB. I liked that we saw an aftermath of this pretty bold attack: we have a new base of operations which I believe will play a role in ME3 or in upcoming DLCs. Also we were introduced to air-cars flying gameplay - really fun, you don't expect this from ME2. Both bosses fights were quite interesting as well. Storyline and an opportunity to develop relationship with such a great character as Liara makes this DLC almost perfect.
PS Please, BioWare stop releasing these useless armor-packs, new costumes etc. We want a good story-based missions!
PPS poor Miranda. I was shoked.

Great work Bioware. But as I wanted to express in my othe post : The story about Liara and the Shadowbroker is too important for a DLC ! Liara was the one who rescued you and gave Shepards body to Cerberus so they could bring him/her back to life.

And until now Liara was nothing but an unimportant secondary character. Many perople who did not read the Mass Effect Redemption Comic surley doesn't know what Liara did for Shepard !

Please Bioware I hope for the people who don't buy this DLC that their relationsip with Liara will not be impossible in ME 3 and that they won't miss any options ! Such important part of the story should be in the main game.

The most interesting things are never free, and the free things are never interesting (at least most of the time).
I guess that's just the way it is in this world...

Wow!! Love the story, the banter between Shepard and Liara, the SB stuff you get after the story and having my favourite squad (Garrus and Liara) together for a fantastic journey. Hope the (planned??) bridging content between 2 and 3 is as fantastic!

After yesterday's disappointment over bugged Witch Hunt I was happy with this. Terrific DLC - interesting story, varied and new locations. Challenging baddies. Plenty of dialogue between Liara and Shepard and the nice bonus of the Intel Centre -  good stuff Bioware Image IPB

OK, I finished this DLC a few hours ago...

I can't give it a 10. It was great, but not awsome. I expected something different envolving such an interesting character as the Shadow Broker, maybe more mystery, I don't know... And it was really short!

I'm from Argentina, and here it's very expensive to get this DLC's. (10 dollars = 40 pesos).

So, for $ 40 it was really short!

But all the DLC's were short... and I can say this was the best.

So, thanks for this great adventure!!! (9/10)

I would have to give this downloaded content a 9.5/10. (SPOILER ALERT) I love the fact that there is something to do after we beat with the investment mission and adds to the Shadow Broker feel. And the Boss battles were great seeing charge from the other side was great, the fight with the shadow broker was cool. Just felt a little short, but makes up for with the investment missions. I hope that a Ashley/Kaiden DLC on the way and maybe a Wrex or Urdnot one as well and i hope one of those has a pinnacle station type arena to it but I trust Bioware to make the right decision.

On a side note is anyone else wondering what role Fred Mazzei or Urdnot Torsk will play?

I had same problem - but I think I was just downloading at a busy time - 3rd download worked fine

I liked the Video Archive on the Intel Center... seeing Kahlisa al-Jilani getting sucker-punched was priceless :D

What was interesting though was the Vid of Matriach Aethyta sitting at a table with Liara's picture... that made a lot of questions pop up in my head...

I buy most DA:O and ME2 DLC and with most of it I leave it feeling a little blah. More a case of being a completist and seeing how it fleshes out the world(s) than anything. But with this one, for the first time perhaps other than Return to Ostagar (which appealed to the nostalgic in me) and Kasumi's DLC I felt fully satisfied and in fact this far surpassed my expectations. It was the polar opposite of the bitterly disappointing Witch Hunt for DA:O and probably set a new standard for Bioware DLC that can hopefully be matched regularly.

After waiting 4 or 5 hours for the file to download which I have no idea why it took that long(Problem is not on my end) .  It tries to open and fails to do so.   i have also, tried opening the file with avg 9.0 and via computer admin both of which failed.   The file that this dlc is on still has bugs or is still a bad file.   the problem is not on my end.

Well, I'm gonna give it a 10/10. Not that everything was 100% perfect, but that's my point: there's always something you can think of that you'd like to have seen different; perhaps a bit more of this, or a bit less of that. By that token nothing will ever reach 10/10. So, I'm going for the full ten points, because I think this is as good as it gets. Obviously Bioware went all-out on this DLC; they spared no expense. The level of design is superb; the cinematics are breath-taking; the story-line is certainly on par with the main story (if not better); character development (a much more mature Liara) is excellent; the exterior ship design (finding your way to the hatch) was impressive; the interior designs were outstanding. And so forth; and so forth.

Like I said, were I willing, I'm sure I could subtract a few decimals for this-or-that reason. In a way, we're all art critics, in that respect. But there comes a time where you just need to stop trying to find fault, and just acknowledge the greatness of something, unencumbered by addendums and/or caveats.

Is the file 1.630.579.236 Bytes in size ?
If not, then the problem IS on your end, the download cancels before it's complete.
Try a download manager, these give you the ability to resume canceled downloads.

Actually, I would recommend against the use of a download manager: they tend to cache things; and when it keeps the faulty file cached...

Also, people would do well to disable their ISP proxy-servers (if they use one). Same reason: your ISP fancies themselves 'clever', keeping files cached locally, on their own servers, only updating every so often, at their discretion.

Also, when you got rid of everything that can cache erroneously, press Ctrl-F5 in your brower (not just F5) to force a more rigorous refresh. Then try download again.

I just recommended it because I never had problems with them, though I'm not using them anymore because there is no reason for me to do so.
My connection is fast and stable, no corrupted files, unless the file is already corrupted on the server... like yesterday ;)

The file was downloaded and i have no idea what the problem is, but it appears to be not on my end.   I have tried earlier DLC with out trouble, but this file has a bug in it somewhere.   That's all I know.   So, far no luck installing it.
