 I choose to continue my relationship with Liara but when I returned to ship it allowed me to continue my relationship with Jack, has anyone else had that happen with any other of your characters? Thanks.

Yeah, and it really didn't seem right.  I went ahead and dumped Jack, just to be safe. I hope ME3 has a bit more than the 1 angry "I got tossed aside for a tattooed woman with anger issues," line. Real consequences would be nice.

I loved the DLC - definitely worth the 800 point cost.

Highlights:
- The conversation with liara back on the normandy about where your relationship will go (if you romanced her, that is). that one line about babies stole the show
- Legion's dossier - this was HILARIOUS! I won't spoil it to everyone, but... just look it up on the mass effect wiki. Anyone else fall over laughing while reading it?

Oh! The Legion thing took me a moment to figure out. They've replaced his dossier with something much more mediocre if you've already completed Overlord.

Thought the "love scene" was kinda weak compared to the others, especially the original one's. Thanks to Lawrence, MacCallum, and the the most hated personification of evil "Nancy Pelosi," most game companies are going to be more gun-shy on what they will release. Most likely because of super-**** will attempt to sue anyone who disagrees with her and puts out anything that she considers is unsightly or lewd. Sooner or later rabbits will be exterminated simply for the euphemism.



But I digress, I liked this DLC and like anything that expands one of the best games that is out. Looking forward to more DLC but kinda hope for more with each.

Personally, I prefer this love scene to any of the others. It's not a sex scene, but as a love scene, it is by far the best. And, personally, I would prefer that they have the extra dialog instead of a shot of virtual sex.

Has anyone else the same problem, that the game always crashed when you go to the areas of Illium that are behind the tunnel under Liaras office after playing the DLC? Os is Win Wista 64 Bit ...

While I enjoyed this DLC I have to make a comment, If the DLC will not impact how things play out in ME3.... need I go on? I mean there is MASSIVE potential for affecting how the ME3 universe is set up just by introducing this DLC.



If it doesn't have any affect I would be disappointed, however I understand them having a seperate setup like the "Oh crap Shepard died" setup for people who didn't get this DLC. I still hope this plays a part. I was always upset that the DLC for ME1 had 0 affect at all in ME2. Woulda been nice to take Tali or Liara back to my little retirement home....

I'm wondering how the DLC will be integrated into ME 3, and if it will be anything like ME 1 into ME 2.  For instance, the only way to reach certain plot points (like reinstating Spectre status in ME 2) is to go import from ME 1.  I wonder if going into ME 3 without having played LotSB will prevent you from going down certain paths, like rekindling friendship/romance with Liara or taking the Shadowbroker out of the picture.

Eh, that's not what the review of the DLC said.  This is a bridging DLC, so it ties in with the plot of ME3.

My question is: where the hell can I buy the jelly fish we see in the aquarium in Liara's apartment...?

I didn't read the whole thread (77 pages) so I don't know if this has been asked already or not, but:

Is it just me or does Liara's eyes change color? I'm not 100% but are they not gray to begin with (while talking with her in her office) but become Blue when you meet her later? Tell me I'm seeing things.

It seems that they tweaked liara's appearence in LOTSB. When she was in her office she still would have had that ME2 look.

Her face hasn't changed (that I could see) it was just the switch in eye color that I noticed. Well, that and she also seems to be wearing a different color of lipstick. The thing with the eyes is what bothers me, a little anyway. Maybe she got a new pair of contacts and decided to get them colored.

i though that Liaras face was changed abit.. but she wore white... mybe thats what made it look different. (or they eye color change... how nerdy do we have to be, to whine about such things )



in the Trailer tho her face looked totally different for some reason.

she looks a bit more matured, her main features are the same but you can tell she is now wiser and even though it's only been two years in the story, what she went through with shepard and the crew was worth several life times.... even for an asari



i think they did a great job with it and it was fitting



Bioware went full out "bioware-mode" on this dlc and when I say that, it played like all notable bioware games I've become a fan of have played... being obvious yet surprising all in one (hard to pull that off) which generates so many different points of views yet most would point to being very, very positive overall



They should have dlc of this caliber released every month until ME3 comes out haha... they would make a ton of money and fans would be shelving their pointlessly addicting multi-player games for the content.. there are so many stories and side stories they can expand on as well as other aspects



the few who complain about 800 ms points is a bit silly... you pay for what you get in this industry (USUALLY, at least that's how it should be at the very least), we paid a bit more than usual this time and we got the best dlc to date (for any game in my opinion)



Even another dlc expanding on the shadowbroker and liara would be a good thing in my opinion as well as updates to some of the "extras" to keep you coming back when you play Mass Effect 2



A large expansion pack where you can level up more, with more abilities, etc.. would be great as well. Keep up the great work Bioware.

Last I checked you were given a full compliment of Weapons and Armor, with more armor available if you purchase DLC or have the bonuses.  Plus you are given a full compliment of heat sink everytime you leave ship.  It is only whey you want non-standard weapons and armor that you have to go buy or scavange it.  The only time this isn't true is the first mission when you are basically in a emergency situation, where they didn't plan on having combat, but by the time you visit TIM you are given full load of weapons.

Pansy skit, you could always harken back to the good ole'days and be given a leather shirt and a dagger!!!!

Epic Fail #2 by same poster.  SO, in your flawed logic, you should just pirate anything you can't afford.  That makes a ton of sense.  Get a job, improve your lot in life, move to another country, whatever.  Just don't insult the developers and people who save and/or spend hard earned money on entertainment.  It is the only way to keep Bioware churning out great entertainment..
