You don't even open it and put it on the shelf! Ah... brings up happy memories...

It is the only way to keep Bioware churning out great entertainment..

Gee, thanks, I needed a voice of reason. :innocent:
I can comment on what I want, thanks. And, yes it is about LotSB. I loved it, in fact.

Hmm, it seems that Shepard is now the only Spectre still active after 3 known operatives Nihlus Kryik, Saren Arterius and Tela Vasir were killed in action (KIA). Unless future DLCs will include a chance to meet a salarian Spectre.
it does seem that way........ but knowing bioware they always have a surprise or two up their seleve
you do know that there is about 100 specters right? if you played me1 Captain Anderson said: we know that there is about 100 specters active in field so far....

The Alliance has no intel about the exact numbers of Spectres currently active.

this is just proof that I may not have been paying to close attention to that bit of dialog because i'll admit some of that crap dragged on for a while I did skip a few lines

If you are playing with english spoken Dialogues and Subtitles, you should have no problem installing this DLC.Eag07 wrote...
So... I didn't read the entire thread but what exactly is the deal with this DLC and installation on central Europe versions? Because I have a czech version (I play it in english of course, that translation is nothing short of blasphemous) and LotSB works just fine...

Oh... I remember I had to replace one of the core game files (the one with all english text I presume) to be able to play in english. The publisher didn't bother to include the english text option in the game here (don't know why, the file in question is like 2 MB or so) Fortunately the spoken dialogue didn't get raped... phew.

I see. Thanks for the info, this might come in handy if problems with future DLCs arise.

can someone inform me what the main differences are between a PC version and a 360 version? Was thinking of getting the PC version but don't know if its worth the investment. Thanks:happy:
Basically Its a graphical and maybe an A.I. difference. If your computer is high end than the visuals will be better on PC than on xbox. I also notice that your squad mate A.I. seems to be smarter in the PC version and don't need to be babied constantly to fight along side you. Maybe it's just me though...

Finally, if anybody is playing through this on insanity, how is/was the difficulty compared to the rest of the game?

This might have been asked before, but for those that have already played LotSB, there is something I'm wondering. Bioware said the dialogue would be "heavily weighted" towards those who have already finished the suicide mission. Did anybody see any obvious signs of this? Would the DLC be a better experience if saved until after the suicide mission is complete?
Finally, if anybody is playing through this on insanity, how is/was the difficulty compared to the rest of the game?
There is some dialog late in the DLC (trying not to give anytihng away if you haven't played it yet) - where Liara says something about Shep leaving her again when the reapers arrive, and talks about Shep having faced the collectors, and winning the battle, and with all the crew surviving. Now, I ASSUME that dialog changes to fit the given game - but that's the only thing I remember that mentions the suicide mission.
I will say that the way it ends lends itself to being at the end of the game, because there is a sense of "going forward from here" against the reapers. To me, that fits better as an in between 2 and 3 thing rather than a mid-mission thing.
