Absolutely worth the 800 points. Fantastic DLC, i enjoyed every minute of it. I think I might have to go and replay ME just to romance Liara to see the change in dialogue in this DLC. My shep was in love with Ash.



I have to say the quality of the DLC has improved vastly. I was really pleased with Overlord as well.

Just have to say that I thought that Overlord was indeed your best work but then you produce the Shadow Broker, well I havn't got a singal bad thing to say about it really it is just your best work todate. In fact I would have to say that Bioware seem to be the best game producer to support dlc to continue the game and keep your fans continually interested. As far as other game makers and dlc for games goes Bioware goes further then any other. Other game makers stop after a couple of months but Bioware carries on and on please don't stop, Thanks to Bioware for the great story telling and game play long may it continue.

I have to admit, this DLC was very well done. It was long and well worth the money. Now we need a Wrex DLC to seal the deal and we can move onto ME3.

Thank you bioware, i couldn't play anything but kept playing "mass effect 2" and "dragon age origins" over and over this year, i can't stand playing any other games, they are just waiting for the sunlight in my archieve, i guess i'm addicted to bioware virus, and this DLC was the overdose

So does that mean you already did "the dirty deed" with Shiala? I think not. You forgot exchange of information / melding (I think it's called so). And I don't recall ever witnessing your second example.

Any chance a proper add-on bundle will be released before ME3 with all the DLCs? Cause I won't be buying some DLC that is finished in an hour or so, no matter what.

This DLC was epic, it was almost like a loyalty mission for Liara, except better than any of the missions at all throughout the entire game. If any more DLC is added I would hope for a Ashley/Kaidan DLC maybe some sort of mission where you both work together unexpectantly, and a Wrex DLC I really want to see how his dealing with the other clans are going, hopefully rather violent. Then I will be ready for ME3

Has anyone from BW ever provided some more detailed explanation for why this DLC is not available for owners of Czech/Polish/Hungarian version? Or made some clear statement whether we should expect this DLC sometime in future or whether it won't be available for us at all? All I can find are some vague notices about technical issues.

Just played through the thing the second time. Totally solid dlc, well worth the money. Adds a lot to the game, both gameplay and story-wise. I actually started giving a damn about Liara as a character. The boss fights were awesome, and the reveal at the end at least surprised me. Also, finally someone called my sole survivor Shep out for working with Cerberus after the whole Akuze thing, I hated how that was glossed over in the vanilla game. That chick ruled.



I hope they do something like this for some of the other ME1 characters.

The DLC is outstanding. Hope that both other DLC (Ash/Kaiden please?) will be of this quality or more. Both game-play and story were wonderful. Loved that Shep came off as an actual character in the Liara romance. Please continue down this path!

Anyhow, I got it on the release day, uninstalled my polish version day before, downloaded the one avalible on EA store after punching in my serial and it all worked perfectly. Dunno what's the problemo.

No one knows if this was her last appearance on the Squad for the remainder of the Mass Effect Trilogy, but many people (me included) believe that Liara will rejoin your squad at some point during ME3.
Until that time though, she will remain on the old Shadow Broker's ship as the new SB.
If we piece it all together she could be our main provider of Intel in Mass Effect 3, and I prefer her in contrast to the Illusive Man, both because I stayed faithful (and rekindled the relationship) and because she is a much nicer person (both in demeanor and looks)

Holy hell Feron is one tough s.o.b. two years in a chair and he gets up in literally the blink of an eye. His voice wasn't what I'd expected from reading the comic. Then again I had read him sounding like Gambit from that old X-Men cartoon so nothing would have fit quite right for me.
All in all it was very good. I really loved the little things like the squad dossiers and the video clips. It was also really refreshing and fun to be attacked from different directions for a change.

Well, I have a steam version of ME2 and the DLC runs on my 7 x64 but It is REALLY full of glitches And I got VERY disappointed because you can work with Liara only in the DLC, you can't actually get her to join your squad. And the car ride is SO GODDAMN SHORT!!!!

But on the other hand it is the most cinematic and beautiful DLC to ever be released for a game! It looks better than Crysis! And it is really intense, though quite short. So its a good piece of work, Bioware, but it could have been JUST SO MUCH BETTER!

Waiting for more!

There will be more More bridging DLC like this one for sure and probably more weapon/armor packs.
