Everyone, let's all ask for refunds right now. Losing the vast majority of the sales they made would hurt them, badly.
Perhaps they ran out of funds and needed the money up front. lol

Yeah, that definitely sounds like it would get me the DLC I paid for much faster.
Some of you folks are dense.

Do I have to pay 800BP again??
No, it will still show in your queue. Bioware/EA should jsut re-upload the file and also to those in their queues where it was already purchased.

You were never late with a work, were you?
Anyways, what good would it do to us? Hm?
I'm surprised how many people with wrong ideas and strange beliefs can fit in a small topic like this.

Okay, no point in flaming, sh*t happens!
It's obviously the case that the PC file they've uploaded, for whatever reason (XBOX Version, corrupt file etc.), is, regardless of what Windows OS you are running, useless . As such, all PC ME2 Users are in the same boat.
My big concern is that, as Chris has said, they "hope to have "information" "soon".
Hope = Not promising anything
Information = Not necessarily a fix or a working version of the file
Soon - In Bioware speak could be anything up to a month
Just for the record Bioware, you've now managed to seriously P off your core PC fan base. Not a position
I would wish on any Developer.
I think you very much owe us answers, and preferrably a solution, some time very very soon!
I dont think I was flaming if you were referring to me . I was stating my honest opinion. Yes this is probably just a mistake but that is still incompetent

Maybe we can control ourselves. Maybe we have other things to keep us occupied until it's fixed. Maybe we don't have anger issues. Maybe we are more mature. Maybe we have patience.Teeebs wrote...
Some people are WAY too accepting.....i.e. "sh*t happens" and all. The person who fudged this up should be on the unemployment line RIGHT FRACKING NOW!! People paid good money for this.....and isn't it funny how the console kiddies got their working copy first, while PC users get to wait longer, AND get hosed. Thanks Bioware!!! This will be the LAST DLC I will be paying for ....... pirate if I must, but this was the LAST STRAW......where's the middle finger emoticon on this thing......
Jesus.

Just so long as they don't ask those of us who paid already to pay a second time...
Any DLC you have ever bought can be re-downloaded as many times as you want. Just click Profile -> Your Registered Game Promotions and you'll see all the download links to anything you already own, including LotSB. I don't even understand why you think they'd try to make people pay again.

Im not the type to start flaming BW over a mistake, we all make them but they have no end to problems with DLC and its starting to get very frustrating.
Anyhow please fix this problem as quick as possible to help alleviate my buyers remorse.

I woke up at 6:50 AM today and went back to sleep. At least I didn't stay up until 10:00 to get this highly anticipated and completely broken DLC.
