First of all: NO, I didn't download it before it was anounced, so I shouldn't have a broken download.
I'm running Win7, but on 32bit.
However, if I start the downloaded installer, a console-window pops up, then vanishes and nothing else happens.

My Machine:
I7 920
GForce 8800 GT AMP!(Zotac, overtuned)
4 GB RAM
And a lot more Disc-Space than required.

Edited the topic, in order to seperate this bug from the 64-bit-bug.

It's happening to everyone. I've downloaded it 3 times, no dice.

EDIT: It should be noted that the error being thrown up in the command window reads "Program too big to fit into memory".

The only problem that has been noticed regarding the DLC is the fact that it will not install on x64 operating systems. I suggest you re-download.

Same issue.

Win7 Home Premium 64-bit
AMD Phenom II X4 965
GeForce 470 GTX
8 GB RAM
350 GB hard drive space

The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows
you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether
you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and
then contact the software publisher.

Check if you have enough space on your windows HDD.

I'm not daft man, I have 150Gb of space and plenty of RAM to go around. It's a BW caused error, because the installer is either incomplete or corrupted.

The installer is corrupt, if you compare it to another DLC installer it lacks lots of info under Details in its preferences. Oh, and it doesn't have an icon. Can anyone confirm having downloaded a working copy?

Had anyone tried opening the installer in XP compatibility mode and had success?

I am in the process of downloading it still. But some people I know are unable to install it because they have a 64 bit OS.

This is the error message one of them was getting:

The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher.

I also have a 64 bit OS, so I believe mine will most likely fail once I do get it downloaded.

I got 1.2 Terrabyte harddisk-space. My Windows-Partition has a free space of 10GB.

Reporting in my 64 bit shadow broker dlc isn't working either! I woke up at 6 this morning to download this and play it. I feel very let down by bioware's performance today.

The issue is on their end, the file is corrupt and it's got nothing to do with users lacking space or whatever.
