I just got EA to refund my points. I am not going through what I did like when Return to Ostagar for DA:O was released then recalled, for more than a month. I wonder as well, if this is a reason for the delay in the release of DA:O Witch Hunts "Never Follow Me". I am very looking forward to that DLC as well.

For the record, trying it on Win7, home professional 64 bit. I wasn't planning on actually playing it tonight, but with other DLC due, this one was the more important for me and I wanted to start off with this one.

This is kind of pathethic, an hour ago, a file is uploaded 59mins ago first users start complainig about filenot being installable, and now hour later still no proper statement, explanation, anything, I have payed some money for a product and I havent received it, that seems like a theft to me

You can stop posting your OS type if you feel like it.

Add-on content for a game that runs on 64 WILL run on 64.

Since installer already provided 2 irrelevant Error messages, the next one could might as well be "pickles depleted, please turn the music down a bit"

OK nevermind, I was just looking at the site. I logged on in the game and there it was, downloading now :-).

I guess it is too much to ask to have the executable ready and tested before launch day. Especially since all of us have spent money on this thing.

How you got refund?

I started a technical support chat and in so many words, I told the rep that I wasn't going to go through what I did with Return to Ostagar last January and I demanded a refund of my points. He acquiesced with no questions at all.

I have windows vista 32-bit and it doesn't work for me either so I doubt it's an OS related issue. I guess bioware/ea screwed up somehow.
