Well I guess I'll add my complaint to everyone else. I downloaded 1.5gigs of nothing and it didn't even give me an error message. I see a black box that popped up and then absolutely nothing happened after that. Bioware better fix this problem soon, like by the end of this day.

Again, everyone needs to read.

The main issue is for the people who are paying for limited bandwidth. You are going to have to end up re-downloading the proper .exe when they host it back up. I'm starting to think that they hosted the Xbox version on the site as a download for the PC thus it being pages and pages of zeroes.



They won't be able to refund your bandwidth so you will eventually have to download it again. So people, learn how to read and understand that it was a mishap on their end and there is nothing wrong with your PC. Just give it time and keep checking back for updates so you can know when to download the new DLC.

I can confirm that Witch Hunt is indeed working for the PC. I guess that's something.. Hehe. However if you don't own DA then I feel you're sorrow. Liara Adventure was the one thing I was looking forward to all day. Alas such is life.

No, it's a DLC file problem.

They need to post a formal sticky addressing the problem.

Pretending it's not happening doesn't solve anything. They obviously had it ready for today but there must have been some kind of upload or compiling problem. The fact that they haven't yet removed the corrupted download leads me to believe that they're not currently doing anything at the moment.

I think we should all get free t-shirts for our wasted bandwidth.

It's the Canadian way =P

Mehhhh, was really looking forward to an evening of escapism with this new DLC. Guess I'll have to wait it out just like everyone else. How it's possible that something that so obviously doesn't work on 64-bit platforms gets released is beyond me though. Frustrating ... to say the least!

For the not so literate people... You are literally downloading 1.5GB worth of the number 0 just being spammed over and over again. Bioware is going to have to re-release the patch, your $10 wont be wasted, as you will be able to re-download it from your page.
