It is not a 64bit error, check the other thread, lots of people are having this problem who have 32-bit Windows. Such as me.

SAME problem here, Lair of the Shadow Broker does not work on Windows 7 64 Bit!

Yeah, I know, but I also know what happen to all my DA:O DLC that I got with the Digital Deluxe edition... Can't use any of it now because I re-installed the game recently, can't even download it because apparently it was only a one-time download when I bought the game.

It's not windows related. The file is just empty. It's 1.5GB of zero's. The strange thing is that it's still up for download. Bioware wants people to pay for something that doesn't exist (yet).
