Yes they know
Yes, they have addressed it in the general forums.
No they have not commented in this thread wich is oddd but oh well.

They have stated that they know about it and are working on it, other than that they really have not said much

I think the DLC itself is fine.  It's the downloader that is causing the problems.  They probably tested the DLC itself, they just didn't think to check the download before making it availible to everyone.

if this was the case then it would have been fixed in like 10 minutes and a new link would have been up it has to be a deeper issue
