I did the exact same thing and found the same.  Well, at least 1.5 gig of zeroes downloads slightly faster than any real data, due to better transport compression. <_<

Also getting a corrupt file. Win7 64-bit. Purchased earlier and downloading from the "Your registered game promotions" page. Confirmed using  a Hex Editor that the file is filled with 0s.

Probably, it'll be fixed soon enough and hopefully fast enough that it's not worth them making a pre-fix post about it.
