Now usually, i've been playing ME2 at about 60 fps. I then stopped playing for a while, as i was on holiday for about a month. When i got back, i decided to update my driver for my graphics card (The Nvidia Geforce GT240) to the newest 258.96 version. When i decided to play ME2 again after some time, i encountered terrible fps, ranging in the 15-20 mark. Has anyone been getting any similar problems, and if you maaged to solve em, how?

My other Specs are
CPU: Intel i3
2Gb ram
1TB hard drive memory

note that i have never before updated my grapics card driver since i bought this pc back in January
Also, i havent had any problems so far with other games

I've heard around here that the newest Nvidia drivers often don't play nice with the MEs. I would imagine rolling back to the earlier driver would be the way to go, as long as you don't have other games depending on the new one.

No change in my systems, wether I use an Old or a Newer nVidia Driver.

Make certain you're not trying to cheat/hack the game, as it's been reported in the past that these -do- cause issues with the game and it's FPS/Smoothness due to increased data-traffic.

Run the ME2 configure utility it may just need to re-recognize your hardware since you did just update your drivers. :P

None of the Sort. I Guess i'll backtrack to the January Nvidia Driver then.

Thanks
