I bought 1600 points for purchasing the Leliana's Song and Golems of Amagrakk. My computer downloaded and extracted Leliana's Song perfectly fine but while it was trying to download the Golems module my computer crashed. I rebooted and went back onto my account to find that my 400 points for the module had been deducted from my account but there was no sign of the module and it was telling me I have to pay a further 400 points to get it again.

What do I do? I'm not willing to pay 400 points for it again when I've already paid!
