Sorry, I posted this in the wrong forum, please forgive the fact I've posted it in two forums.
I bought 1600 points for purchasing the Leliana's Song and Golems of
Amagrakk. My computer downloaded and extracted Leliana's Song perfectly
fine but while it was trying to download the Golems module my computer
crashed. I rebooted and went back onto my account to find that my 400
points for the module had been deducted from my account but there was no
sign of the module and it was telling me I have to pay a further 400
points to get it again.
What do I do? I'm not willing to pay 400 points for it again when I've already paid!
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

As you can read in the sticky, the BioWare Store that is supported by this forum here, sells no DLC and no Points; currently it's physical merchandise only.
Please make sure, the Golems DLC is listed under Profile -> Your registered game promotions. If it is there, no points were lost, and you can download manually from there. For further assistance with DLC, please visit the DA PC tech support forum.
