I am currently Studying abroad in a different country, I have bought with no trouble, all of the other DLC in the States but here in Europe Bioware will not verify my card. I have, like a few moments ago, bought other things online but why won't you accept my money Bioware ><

Is this about Points or DLC (as usual when new DLC is released)?

If yes, then:
It is a common problem, that CCs are accepted only if IP country and country of residence on the CC match. This happened for quite some people.
For further assistance: http://social.biowar...9/index/2916930

Atm, the BioWare Store supported by this forum here only sells physical merchandise. It neither deals with Points nor DLC.

If no:
I guess that one of the Store officials could help here. The only other method I can think of is PayPal. Should work with any address.

Nay, also Paypal doesn't work ...

I have the same problem and I'm pretty pissed off. I had enough points left to get the Morrigan DLC, but just not enough for Liara DLC. And I am not able to purchase any more points.

VISA can not be verified, and Paypal can also not be verified. I got in touch with Paypal customer service and they advised to get the verification via mobile phone text message. I installed the system (which by itself works fine) - but even if I verify the transaction via my mobile phone, I still can't verify the purchase.

It's all neat and fine Bioware, if you don't let anyone verify their payment if the IP adress doesn't match. But I'm in foreign country since 9 months, and everytime its huge problems to get either my VISA or my Paypal verified with the store. It's not working for the last 24hours now, and I'm loosing my patience.

Use the mentioned forum (if not the mentioned thread, then the forum it's in), please. There is no need to continue a thread in the wrong place. You'd have to write it all again somewhere else, anyway.
