Her jaw looks OK to me. It's not egregious enough to be actively masculine, but it makes her look like she can kick people's asses.

Yes, its not a very flattering angle. I would say this is the exact opposite of a "Myspace shot" [pictures taken at extremely flattering angles to convey misleading information on the person in question e.g that she is hot]

However the color of the landscape and her pretty eyes make up for it.

The face on the Qunari looks very much like the Architect model.

And It does seem like chained mages....
