I completed a quest in the dalish elf area and for a second I saw something that said "New Skill Acquired: Inspire..." It went off the screen before I could finish reading it. Does anybody know what this is? Or which screen will display these "acquired skills"?

One of your companions got the new skill. As you level up your favor with them, they gain passive bonus'. Check the skill tree for each of them, the new ability will be at the bottom.

Mind you, they're located in the skill tree. Not spell/talent tree as I initially thought.
But yes, they gain skills equal to stat bonuses as you gain their favor. From minor to massive, I believe.
