I pre-ordered this from gamestop cuz i wanted the black armour and gun and i had the day it came out. I am just now starting to play it (was finishing a bnch of other games) and now i dont know how get that armour. i have the cerberus network and all the current dlc for ME2 but i cant seem to find the armour or gun in the game. Can someone help me?

Registor your copy of Mass Effect 2 then go to Redeem promo code, It'll be there, you just have to download it from Xbox Live/ Cerberus Network. Just make sure to entire the right code.
