Nope. I'm not playing it until I've had it spoiled. I may not get it at all depending on what the answers are. So far I'm thinking this would just be a waste of money. But the devil is in the details.leonia42 wrote...

That's better, but I'm pretty interested in the "blah blah blah." You have one conversation with Morrigan for a couple minutes? What does she say? Where do you go or not go with her?DarkAngel225 wrote...
All you get to do is a little talking of what happened, how she betrayed you, bla bla bla and you can choose to either go with her, say goodbye or kill her. Best ending ever *sarcasm*

I don't think you understand just how short the convo was.. really, it was literally her telling you to not follow her, she's going to raise the "innocent" child on her own, the world will soon change in big ways and that Flemeth is the one we should be hunting.. Morrigan walks into the mirror (like the one in the Dalish elf origin story) and you skulk away, credits roll..

Morrigan recognized all my choices correctly and even acknowledged that I still had the ring.
Can you develop? How emotional was the whole thing, and what is the final boss like?
So it's not a closure in any kind of way that settles things with the warden... at all...?
So you can actually chose to go with her to this other world thing I read about on Gamespot?
Yes, that's an option.

My Warden asked if he could go with her, she said I didn't know what I was saying and then I picked that I wouldn't leave her again. We kissed and walked into the mirror side by side. Roll credits.

Well, she was one of the Warden's companions that ended the Blight. I'm sure that got her a little notoriety even though she left so soon.eucatastrophe wrote...
Nit pick: But I hated how Morrigan's name and identity was tossed around so flippantly.
I mean in Origins, wasn't she a mysterious, rarely seen swamp lady of the dark?
And in the DLC, everyone knows who she is :x
Yeah.
The more I think about it, the less glaring it gets. I mean Finn's unusally knowledgable about the happenings in Thedas so it isn't out of the extraordinary for him to know of her.

She also says that the child is innocent and not yet aware of its destiny. She seems to belive that the child will be extremely important.
But she nevers says anything specific. The only specific thing is about Flemeth.

Apparently I denied her at Redcliffe, even though I didn't, I did the ritual, I wore the ring throughout the entire game, I talked with her (the 'talk'), gave her the mirror in the epilogue to get back to love.
Had the ring epilogue and the chasing after Morrigan ring in the epilogue...
yeah, rather pissed.

Yes, that's an option.
So making that choice is like choosing to follow her but not even knowing what for or where she's going I assume... since the DLC doesn't answer or let you know what it is about...?

The explanation of why Dog wasn't around (lucky dog!)
A lot of mabari were killed during the Blight and your dog was chosen to help, uh, replace them. So while you were dealing with darkspawn in Amaranthine, he was making puppies in Denerim.

If you don't go with her she tells you she left the book, and you get to see a short clip of the book glittering and the dog digging before the credits.

The gift she left my warden was a nice cliffhanger though. I'd like to think it was a personal cure to the taint in my warden.

Just finished my second playthrough
First one was a male warden who did the DR and romanced Morrigan
- The result was my warden choosing to follow Morrigan through the mirror
Second one was a male warden who did the DR and romanced Leliana
- The result was my warden watching Morrigan leave, with Morrigan leaving something 'interesting' behind for me, though it was never indicated what.
My major concern is that despite what seems to be an important choice for the warden's story, there was no post choice save. This means that either we have to select what was chosen at the start of the next game (Similar to the choice of the human representative at the start of ME2), that our warden's story is essentially over, or that the choice will have no effect upon future games. I'm not particularly a fan of any of those options.

ya, pretty much, Witch Hunt is just a big advert for DA2 in the form of questions and mystery.. a 7 dollar advert that is..

What happens if I still have the ring? I know she mentions it, but what exactly does she say I imported my character from Awakening so I didn't keep the ring.
Yeah, they pretty much lied about having all our questions answered.
Oh and "beyond this world and the fade" is the real wordl, our own. I AM SURE OF IT

What questions did you have? It answered most of mine and successfully raised new questions for the sequel as any good story does.
