What happens if I still have the ring? I know she mentions it, but what exactly does she say I imported my character from Awakening so I didn't keep the ring.
When you go into the elf ruins, the elf party member asks why you keep fumbling around with that ring. You can tell her it's from Morrigan and you can tell her what it means to you.
When you reach the ending, Morrigan says she didn't go through the mirror because she sensed you approach with the ring.
Pretty much it.

The DLC was a solid entry (way better than GOA, that's for sure), and it was smaller than it appeared to be, thanks to all the cities you couldn't go to. The updates for them were nice to see.
One thing that got annoying was the party banter. They seemed to start talking right before the fighting began and so you couldn't even listen to the conversation because by then you're fighting darkspawn.

The gift she left my warden was a nice cliffhanger though. I'd like to think it was a personal cure to the taint in my warden.
Now that would be something.

I will say it was freaking easy! I played on hard with a 35 level Arcane Warrior mage. You pretty much own the game.

One interesting tidbit (large pic). Enemies from DA2?

I don't remember if Morrigan mentioned anything about it to my character but he had a conversation with the elf companion about the ring when we were heading into the ruins.
All my flags from the original game seemed to work correctly. On the whole I enjoyed getting the closure to the Morrigan "romance arc" but there was very little in terms of plot development here. My character was also making quite a creepy ass face on his way into the sunset with her. I assume he was supposed to be smiling but yikes

Now I didn't feel like it was an advert for DA2 but rather for "DA3 : Rise of the dragon god". see you in three years warden.

What I want to konw is why Morrigan sent her infant son into the mirror dimension by himself while she waited around for you. Is this an example of her kind of parenting? If so, she really sucks at it.

edit: Just had a second look. Seems like it's just the scene in front of the mirror like it was right before the cut scene...

Maybe you take her advice and go looking for Flemeth as you obviously have nothing else to do with your time?

At least someone saw a baby. I did this with my Cousland, and she insisted I REFUSED the DR. What a waste of my time and money. Go go Bioware with the bugs.

I was sort of confused as to where the baby was, actually. She didn't really seem to indicate much other than it had a destiny and was an innocent. And if this is only a year after Origins.. that baby is only 3 months old. Where the hell is it?

All you get to do is a little talking of what happened, how she betrayed you, bla bla bla and you can choose to either go with her, say goodbye or kill her. Best ending ever *sarcasm*JL81 wrote...

Morrigan recognized all my choices correctly and even acknowledged that I still had the ring.
Can you develop? How emotional was the whole thing, and what is the final boss like?
So it's not a closure in any kind of way that settles things with the warden... at all...?
So you can actually chose to go with her to this other world thing I read about on Gamespot?
Yes, that's an option.
So making that choice is like choosing to follow her but not even knowing what for or where she's going I assume... since the DLC doesn't answer or let you know what it is about...?
Yeah, it's pretty vague as there's still a lot left unanswered (like exactly where the mirror leads to or precisely why she's going through it). It's even more confusing when she can talk about having a son with the PC on one hand and then criticize him for not helping her with the ritual. Bug-tastic.

It could assume that you've slept with her at any point pre-ritual (and thus the epilogue insists you had a child) but didn't go through with the DR. If you did the DR it's still a bug but she's not contradicting herself.Yeah, it's pretty vague as there's still a lot left unanswered (like exactly where the mirror leads to or precisely why she's going through it).
