The daupdater is in the bin_ship folder. You'll need the dazip. files of the DLCs, they can be downloaded in the aforementioned "Your registered game promotion" section, or you can find them here, at the end of the page:

I downloaded the manual install last night but ran out of time to install it so I won't know until tonight whether or not it will work for me.
However, does anybody know how I remove the version that is 100% downloaded but failed to install. I tried clearing the download cache via the Repair menu on the auto-starter but it had no effect.
What is the file name of the uninstallable download so I can delete it manually?

Hi ,
I did as someone mentioned earlier about downloading through the game , and its downloading (not stuck at (0%)
I did a FRESH install , which means that I backed up my saves and deleted everything and did a reinstall , (including registry editor )
Hope that helps
(also I hear a new patch coming out).

Just bought Which Hunt, Golems of Amgarrak and Liliana's Song, same problem, all 3 won't download, stuck at 0, says "download failed". Funny enough, all the unlock items for all 3 (Witchcraft, Golem's Might and Battledress of the Provocateur, all for both Origins and Awakening ) installed just fine.

I too have the same problem here - install failed for Witch Hunt, though it downloaded 100%. Have tried all the workarounds, except for reinstalling the entire game and clearing the download cache via the DA Config Utility (click on Repair and there are options). I even tried to start/restart the DAUpdater Service but that didn't help either (there's an unofficial FAQ among these threads that describes how to do this -- sorry I can't remember where it was, I was by then so frustrated, I was ready to blow up Bioware...)

Ditto, downloaded 100% won't install, already did the delete, reinstall for Golems, so I have no inclination to repeat that whole process again. Bioware, patch this or fix the installer on your end, b/c I know I have 1.04 installed(already beat GoA).

Also having a problem. Purchased through website, went into game (PC) and download began right away. "Witchcraft" (for both Origins and Awakening) downloaded and installed without any problems, but Witch Hunt appears to be stuck at 100% downloaded, but will not install or enable (I haven't yet received any error messages).

Any replies from Bioware? I still can't install it, having that red 'version 1.04' and failing to install
, I really can't believe Bioware could stuff this up ><

Same problem for me, 1.04 installed but witch hunt wont install. What an absolute mess bioware has made, I wish developers would focus more on expansions with some real content not some $5 2hr crap full of bugs.

I'm in the same boat. Bioware needs to get one of their guys onto these forums and let us know they are fixing this and recognize there is an issue. Or I will want my money back.......

Found a solution that worked for me. First I did point 3.3.1 from social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/58/index/81613, after that I cleared up few gigs of space on C:/, that did the trick for me

Having the same issue at the moment, managed to get all the DLC except Witch Hunt. It's at 100% downloaded but keeps telling me "Installation has failed more than once" etc...
Clicking the OK button takes you to EA's epic failure of a help database that has no entry for this error at all. C'mon Bioware, we all now EA couldn't find their arse with both hands, but you guys are better than this!
*edit* Ok after clearing the download cache the game simply fails at 0% everytime i tell it to download.

Something is buggy with this install, but I did get it to work. I left my PC on all last night downloading this DLC and this morning checked it to find the "failed install" message. A retry resulted in the same thing. I then ran the 1.04 update again, then tried another retry. This time it worked. I should note that the later retrys did not require a full download; it seemed to happen pretty quickly.
Not sure what happened but maybe it will help some of you.

Same issue as everyone else here on a Windows 7 platform. ARGH!!! Very frustrating to sit for 3 hours with a download at 0% knowing you've spent money on a program that doesn't even work. Sigh...
I've now done a clean install + patches (Windows 7) as suggested further up and everything downloaded properly. Annoying, but everything seems good now.
