I have to say that whenever I have had a problem with the store I opened up a support case AND PM'ed Jedi. And Jedi has come through every single time. Just calmly explain the situation to work things out.

Whoever is doing the packing for the lithos/posters should probably be retrained or fired. The ones I ordered for DA:O and ME2 came in a huge tube with no packing around the coiled posters. They ended up sliding around in the tube and mangled the edges somewhat.

best way to get posters it seems is to order them with lithos if the posters are small enough they get shipped flat in the same box as the lithographs now I also had very very bad experience with the posters in tubes the worst of which was when the tube was actually to small and placing the endcaps in to seal the tube crushed and mangled the posters

Take a chill pill. Jedi can fix anything if you stay calm and be patient. But stop being rash. I've had my fair share of mishaps but kicking and screaming isn't going to get you nowhere.
