Those people saying "I am 15 minutes from a finished download" will be disappointed as they are downloading the broken file. I understand people are keen to play this DLC, but please give us time to fix the problem. Thank you.

As irritated as I am by this mistake I at the very least have some yummy Dragon Age DLC to play through in the meantime. Thanks for all the hard work Bioware and get it done right!

Alright, to everybody worrying about it.

The Shadow Broker will be out, when, who knows, does BW have 800 of our MS points, yes, are they going to make us repay for it, no. Come on guys chill, relax, grab a beer, hang out with your gf/bf or just your buddies. Enjoy the waning hours of summer. Its a game, not a big deal. And the price is that of a lunch. Being a complete and total dick to BW wont help your case. Its going to be alright.

Bioware is 1 of the biggest PC supporters. Program is different between console and PC so having 1 work but not the other isnt a relation to priority.

I have been waiting for this DLC, literally holding my breath for it. I can't believe it's not here when they said it would be. I demand a discount. We should each get 100 Bioware points back or something compensate-able.

Not to mention I restarted my computer 15 times and nearly tore my hair out trying to get it to install before I finally came here. Every single DLC is hard for me to install, it takes multiple tries and resets. Why? I don't know.

So it took me awhile to figure out this was a different kind of not working................. I'm not happy bioware!!!!

Not really no. What would have been a good idea is BioWare making sure it works BEFORE releasing it.

Well I'm going to download Witch hunt...I actually love Dragon Age more than Mass Effect but I love Liara more than DA. It just sucks that we all have to wait but I understand that your working on it Chris.

They've dropped quite a few balls with the past DLCs too. I hope they still have balls left to make a decent Mass Effect 3.

I'm not saying they should stay until its fixed in any case. But they should definitely put in some overtime to at least minimize the time until it's fixed. I'm sorry, but that's the way things work in IT... there are so many variables that such things can and do happen. But as everywhere, customers depend on you, and putting in overtime in such a case is both a matter of minmizing damage to company image and of common courtesy.

the difference between PC and Consoles these days is actually not that big, and the game's engine is the same for both systems.

You'll get your $10 dollars worth when they fix it... you don't have to pay any extra to get it once that is done. And to paraphrase another forum member why be such a jerk to people you don't even know. How do you know it's a problem with an individual and not a technical error that they simply didn't know existed until someone brought it to their attention. NO ONE is perfect.
