The problem lies in that BioWare/EA happily took my money WITHOUT PROBLEMS OR ISSUES for a product that was deemed READILY AVAILABLE and I did not receive said product.

Don't get me wrong, I love and support BioWare 100%; but this is just so utterly sloppy and such a bonehead mistake that it makes you wonder what in the frack they were doing when they uploaded this file.

Next time you go to your favorite fast-food joint, fork over your cash and then receive an empty box with no food in it and they tell you to stand there and wait until, OH, they feel like giving you your food that you paid for while they already have your money...tell us how that goes for you. Last time I checked, I plunked money down for a DLC, not to give BioWare/EA a $10 loan (multiplied by THOUSANDS of buyers, no doubt).

What an idiotic comparison since you WILL get what you paid for. Fast food joint indeed. Good grief some of these kids.

We already got royally screwed, AGAIN !

If they don't find a solution and can't fix it soon, and were not prepared to the worst case, then they go back to work on an new file and test it extensively, it's mean creating new file for pc, then play it to be sure it's fine, then upload it, then test the link to ensure everything is working as intented.

It's mean a lot of hour.

At this point i'm starting not to give a **** anymore, and I want my goddamn money back.
I've put up with a lot of their more than lackluster QA, and I'm freakin sick of it.

ASAP meaning with in the next couple hours. I want this DLC up by tonight no excuses bioware this is why you upload DLC a few days before to work out all bugs. Don't release it just upload it.

already downloaded, played and finished.

figured it would pass the time til LotSB was fixed. it did, just not much of it.... lol

I don't know what is worse. The people who overreact tremendously with impotent rage or the equally annoying people who play the nonchalant card with this 'it's only a game' nonsense.
