ASAP means As Soon As Possible... which means as soon as they find the problem and fix it which could take any length of time which is why specifics weren't given. If they meant a few hours they would have said a few hours.. they however did not

Yes, things happen. But when they happen repeatedly and with PR going 'lol oops,' people get angry. We were promised something. We did not receive it. It's natural to be angry.

Few hours? We were not told what time the DLC would be downloadable and then when it finally is it's faulty. And surprise surprise, we don't even get an estimated time on when it will be fixed. Not to mention that things like this have happened before with Bioware.

hmm. not sure about satisfying. but it does answer a few things. and leaves you wondering about a few others.......

I promise you, whatever is wrong wasn't intentional. I'm certain BioWare would not ****** off their own community by sabotaging their own work. You should appreciate that they're doing their best to help you instead of whining.

 They had an error. You can get a refund if you contact them. They aren't just sitting there with it and not giving it to you. Something caused a problem. Their fixing it. 

 You will get it eventually. Its a small delay. Its not the end of the world. 

 Might I suggest a life? Their free. All you have to do is walk away from your computer and stop freaking out that your fantasy game life is interrupted and you can't expand it. 

 Don't worry. Even your kind can go out into the world and find things to do. I even heard there is no release date for going down the road.

Oh, I won't be disappointed - I don't actually expect developer team to do anything right or on time. Just figured I'd check on a file you guys were supposed to take down.

Please give us estimates on how much time we're looking at. As in, hours, days, weeks?

Don't worry, it's a matter of hour, in the worst case, one day but i don't think it will be so long.

They already have a working version of the DLC for pc, it's not like they have to make the whle DLC again.

I think after the DLC file, the worst case would be a server problem, but i think EA is big enough to have other server ready to do the job in these case.

Perhaps in the meantime, you could tell us what the problem seems to be. Surely you tested the file at least once before making it available for download. So there has to be a working file. Just upload it.

If there never was a working file though, and not a single test was done before the release, then that would really not speak well of your company. Is that how you are going to treat the PC platform in general now?
