Well seeing as how they didn't do so after their other problems, I doubt we'll see any improvement.

I paid for Shadow Broker and I'm going to DL it for sure.  I was going to get Witch Hunter, Morri was my favorite DA character but I think I may take a pass.  I'm not as invested in DA's story, and this whole fiasco has made me a lot less excited about sending money Bioware's way.

Also, it's spelled "they're." And there's a difference between "its" and "it's." Learn some grammar?

This made me happy. Also, to the people saying that everyone who is complaining is an impatient child or a moronic twit, or choose your adjective/noun combination, please realize that there are a lot of people who are limited in the ammount that they can download daily/weekly/month, and 1.5gb of nothing is a pretty big chunk to take out of the allotment. Also, I know people who took the day off to experience this as soon as they possibly could, and, healthy or not, will have a wasted and potentially ruined day because they were promised something that was not delivered.

Oh, and dismissing someone's comparison as moronic/idiotic/etc is certainly as infantile as any such comparison. Saying someone is a moron is not an argument without some supporting structure. It's a sign that the attacking party has no good answer or response about 90% of the time.

I don't care that much, I just came here to *itch. We pay money for that not to happen. We pay money for them to do things on time. We pay money to get our product on the date specified.

My 10 bucks? I don't give a damn. But for thousands of dollars they receive for DLCs, you'd figure they could do their job better, and if screwups are inevitable, fix them fast, not a day.

 They had an error. You can get a refund if you contact them. They aren't just sitting there with it and not giving it to you. Something caused a problem. Their fixing it. 

 You will get it eventually. Its a small delay. Its not the end of the world. 

 Might I suggest a life? Their free. All you have to do is walk away from your computer and stop freaking out that your fantasy game life is interrupted and you can't expand it. 

 Don't worry. Even your kind can go out into the world and find things to do. I even heard there is no release date for going down the road.

Excellent post! I'm beginning to lose some brain cells reading what some of these nitwits post, so I will now go and do something else. I'm sure that LotSB will be up by tomorrow and I will download it then. Until then I will need to deal with my empty box from the fast food place, my non-existent house on an empty lot, and the fact that Bioware stole my money. Well, that's if I had actually paid for it yet. But even if I did, like I would even worry about not getting what I paid for.

One other thing for all of you morons who have nothing better to do than to **** about this relatively minor glitch...keep it up. Turn Bioware off to making additional PC games with your constant moaning and groaning and negative/untrue comments. Some of you know damn well that Bioware listens to their users. What would YOUR impression be if you read this thread and you made decisions for Bioware?

Fiasco? Really? This is not a fiasco.  This is a minor inconvienice at the worst and a slight annoyance otherwise.  So what you may not be able to get it today, you already paid and they will provide it when they make sure no other errors exist.  They probably want to double and triple check to make sure any possible errors are fixed

Bugs happen in computer programs - often without warning - and that seems to be the case here. I'm sure bioware are working on correcting the problem with future downloads and creating a patch we can all download and apply to play the game.



While I am as disapointed as everyone that this problem has occured I know enough about computer programming and life in general to know that sometimes these things happen. So will everyone please calm down, stop foaming at the mouth and let bioware sort out the problem.



I'm sure Chris will let us know the moment its known what needs to be done to correct the fault.

Nothing was put in writing, and you have no proof that the file with all the zeros wasnt actually the file they were going to sell you. Nope you my friend, are screwed

Guys: be patient. The people at Bioware/EA are humans just like us. They can make mistakes...

If you bought the DLC, you'll be able to download it whenever you want, so don't worry.

first time when I saw this happen, and had the same problem, I was like so upset, unbelievable. now, I have been calm down. even people make a mistake, but not like this way to waste my whole time. why? Bioware. were you so excited to launch this at that time? then you forgot file location on your severs before uploading, huh. so somebody just uploaded, who has responsibility, the folder which has the same name not pre-released testing app package? if so, this is sick, man. you guys do this all the time, right? why is it happened this time? ROFL, i get home to find the download is supposedly 1.6gb's of zero's!!! LoL, that is one epic fail.

Good job to the quality control guys for testing the dl before making it active... ROFLMAO.

Anyway, this stuff happens, BW is no less human than the rest of us.
