Just a quick thing to those saying BioWare have not delivered on their 'contract'. Until it's the 8th of September in Edmonton then technically BioWare have not broken any agreement/promise/contract/whatever. All they advertised was the 7th of September and that hasn't passed yet in BioWare land. I would hope a few of the lads will be pulling in a late shift to get this fixed today even if thats not much consolation to us in Europe.

The only people at the moment who should feel aggrieved are the ones who have download caps and downloaded the broken file earlier.

1.) I never addressed you.

2.) Unless my username was "IHaveBeenBannedFromTheseForumsBefore," I don't see how you could come to such a misguided conclusion. I tried joining last year and all of the aliases I go by were taken, hence my current username. Derp.

yea im such a derp : rolls eyes: maybe if you learn to read the policey you would know that multiple user names are agaisnt tos...... now sit down shut up and be a good little wetlock baby because grown ups are talking

No but I hear it will hand make you a pizza and give you tomorrow's winning lottery numbers.

Is the pizza made with griffons?

Congratulations!
Now you have Lair of the Shadow Broker
and

Lair of the Shadownbroker now available
2010.09.07 | Posted by Evil Chris Priestly
The latest Mass Effect 2 Downloadable Content Lair of the Shadowbroker is now available for the PC and Xbox 360. And to celebrate the release, we also have a new wallpaper featuring Liara T'Soni!

Team with up Liara and finally confront the Shadowbroker once and for all. You can download Lair of the Shadowbroker now on Xbox Live and purchase it for the PC here: Mass Effect 2 DLC

And it gave you a file. A blank one but one nonetheless. I know a few lawyers and trust me, there are so many loopholes that you dont even know where to start. It gave you the wrong service but it never said anything about the file. So yup, you my good friend are still screwed. Its like I buy something off of ebay and the box is empty. Unless the guy who sold it to me admits it, the box had what was said to have been in it.

Cheerio.:wizard:

Man, I remember that. All things considered, this reaction has been tamer than the Kasumi one and this one actually had a lot of people pay for the content already. Less torch and pitchfork and just calls for somebody to get fired. I will just do what I did with Kasumi and wait until after work tomorrow to see if it's sorted out. Just gonna have to dodge spoilers until then.

One other thing for all of you morons who have nothing better to do than to **** about this relatively minor glitch...keep it up. Turn Bioware off to making additional PC games with your constant moaning and groaning and negative/untrue comments.

Sorry but the complaining from the PC customers on this board is going to have absolutely no impact on whether Bioware makes more PC Games.  It all comes down to money...if the moneys there then Bioware will make PC titles, if it's not then they'll stop, doesn't matter how much complaining occurs on this forum....

Unil you hear from me or a BioWare staff person we do not have a fixed file.

Those people saying "I am 15 minutes from a finished download" will be disappointed as they are downloading the broken file. I understand people are keen to play this DLC, but please give us time to fix the problem. Thank you.

Mr, Priestly, i really feel that you should abstain from using a "" sign in you future posts regarding the matter.  With you being an official Bioware representative, It gives an impresion that you, and through you, your whole company are intentionally and on purpose mocking your customers, after having taken our money, and providing us with a 1.5 gb of 00 00 00 00 in return. The situation is bad as it is, please do not exacerbate things.

We'll get it, when it's ready. I suggest that everyone take a step back from the PC, and just you know, do something else for the evening. Watch a movie or something. Read a book. Liara and the Shadowbroker will arrive, in due time.

So...will there be a nightshift to fix the DLC, or is BioWare working like nothing happened?

I really can't see them pulling a nightshift to fix this, it seems as if PC customers are just not that important to Bioware in the grand scheme of things.

Big fun argument since the PC version was broken and is being fixed atm. Basically the "I HATE YOU BIOWARE" people vs the "GET A LIFE LOSERS" people.

He always does that. Confused me at first too. Thought he was being mean when closing a thread. But, eh, that's how it is.

He should put a Griffon instead.

What it might mean is that for ME3 they release less DLC, perhaps they figure it is more trouble than its worth?  Just saying

Ah yes, logical arguments, we have dismissed this claim.

Of course they are going to pull a nightshift until its done

Are people seriously this up in arms over a delay for optional content? Go play Witch Hunt, enjoy the fresh air of the last few days of summer or go relax a bit. Trust me, it'll be worth the wait.
