Do you need to have had a romance with Liara to get the catching up achievement? It's the only one I have left in the entire game.

Maybe you read the achievement wrong? I thought it said romance instead of reminisce until someone pointed it out, I'm pretty certain you won't need a Liara romance to get the achievement.

I figured this had something to do with Labor-Day Weekend, come on Bioware just admit it! you were all tired of working and half of you were drunk or tired by Friday, so naturally you'd do what I would do and just upload it without checking!

They purposefully set a release date. They starded accepting money gladly and give away empy files. And they continued to do so for 6 hours. Then they took down the link and decided not ot release it.

A bad DLC file going up is hardly a "disaster." If it still goes out fixed today, it's still on-schedule. You weren't promised a specific time to expect it. And even if this stretches until tomorrow, it's still not a disaster. It's unfortunate, but nobody's world is ending here.

In the grand scheme of it all, you'll either get your DLC, or you'll get a refund in the unlikely event that it never comes out. Those are the only two realistic scenarios. Neither is a problem, neither is worth throwing these temper tantrums over, and certainly neither one is a "disaster."

Agreed. It's not a disaster.  It's not a fiasco.  It's a simple SNAFU.  No need get all bent out of shape.

Actually, anyone who thinks that any software developer, who make both console and PC versions, care more about console titles, is VERY correct. Look at the sales numbers. Consoles are FAR more profitable. They are cheaper to make, have a standardized hardware set, and sell many many more copies.



Bioware has a proven track record of caring less about PC versions.

EA itself has a record of caring less about PC gamers.  I'm still bummed about no NHL on PC.

well, im guessing its about 5 or 6pm MST. which means they still have 6 or 7 hours to fulfil there promise of Sept 7th......



and if not, i dont really think its THAT big a problem. there are plenty other games to play in the world. i waited this long for this DLC, I can wait another day or two. usually i wouldnt get most things til Friday anyway, I am in England so the release dates are always fridays...... i would be playing RUSE otherwise..... lol

I think it would be only common courtesy to let us know if they are going home and coming back to the problem first thing tomorrow. If they think people are raging hard now imagine how they will be in 12 hours time after F5'ing all night

If everything Bioware does is a snafu, that's a harsher judgement on them than I had.  

I'm just glad that most of the companies I deal with don't have as high a tolerance for complete failure to deliver as Bioware does.  I'd be randomly getting power failures or walk into the grocery store and see that there's no lobster on the day of their big lobster sale.

I dont think they will go home until its fixed. Its only 600 over there.

Guys, I bet they didn't have the PC versions done when they released that inflato fake installer.

They were running out of time to finish the DLC and put all their time in getting the 360 version done, so M§ is happy.

After that they started working on the PC version... And when the release came close and the PC DLC wasn't done, they just uploaded our 1,52 GB of 0s!



I seriously think that's true. Or why do you think they haven't explained to us what exactly caused the installer to be broken?

Most of these Video programmers and what not actually work later in the afternoon or evening, I wouldn't be surprised if they just woke up and are working on it right now.
