I'm still unable to install LotSB. Using Vista 32bit, everytime I double-click the .exe my mouse icon goes into busy mode and stays that way with Windows Explorer crashing. Doh.

Hmmm.. A "part" file usually denotes a compartmentalized rar file. Doesn't sound like it downloaded correctly. but you might try a program like 7zip to unpack it? just guessing really. Not sure i understand the situation.

louise101 - the 'part' file is normal part (pun intended) of the download process, it will be gone when the file is properly completed and assembled.

So, it seems to be fixed now. I accept the apologizes, although BW should really watch it from here on. Since well, it's not the first time and every time it happens is really frustrating for everybody as Xbox users don't usually have this issue.

The one I finished downloading about 40 minutes ago doesn't work either. The icon is now there, but it still won't install. I'm downloading it again now...

You got the original executable.  Did you, by any chance, start your upload before it was posted as fixed?

Delete the file you have now, revisit the entitlements page, and download the file again.

To those that think this was a screw up, anyone remeber Eve-Online upgrade that erased your Boot.ini file from the root directory?  Thats a svrew up!
