  I have 4 Shepards, all romanced different characters, the dossiers are all the same in each play through.

hmmm Hello!

i have a Mass Effect 2 Collector Edition, and i living in Hungary, Budapest. I can't download Shadowbroker DLC...

"Unfortunately, this region will not be available in the 'Lair of the Shadow Broker "content pack. We apologize for any inconvenience arising therefrom."

why? I also paid for the game and bought the points card. There will be some solution to the problem?

You will need to contact Electronic Arts, or their distributor for eastern Europe.  Where you are now, here in this forum, there is no EA presence.  This is basically gamers discussing general subjects about Mass Effect among each other, with only a very rare appearance by a few Bioware employees who may drop in once in awhile.  EA is in charge of all distribution.

Hi I purchased this DLC today and just finished downloading it twice. Neither time would it work. When I double clicked the file, it slowed my Windows 7 (32bit) to the edge of freezing. Weird though, because all the other DLC's I downloaded today (Cerberus Network ones etc.) worked.

I downloaded the DLC from 'your registered game promotions'. The file itself is 1,592,363 kb.

No, I can't even right click on it. Its sole existence in a Windows Explorer window freezes the OS (Windows Explorer has stopped responding numerous times when I tried to do something about this file). I can look at it but that's about it.

As a matter of fact, the first time I downloaded it, I did so with Firefox and upon completing downloading the browser hangs (stops responding). I'll have to bring up the task manager to close it and then start it again, but whenever I try to even open the downloading list, the Firefox goes dead again. I even uninstalled FF and reinstalled it, no good. Then I cleared the downloading history and thankfully this resurrected the browser.

The second time I downloaded the DLC with Google Chrome, and again upon completing downloading there was a long pause (more than 2 mins), but alas it didn't freeze. But when I try to open the file from Chrome's downloading page, nothing happens. Not even 'show in folder' command recieves a reaction.

Hmm...Something's wrong:because it's -1,630,579.Try to download this file with "download mananger" program (find in google).

Are you very sure the update will work chris, there are still some glitches in the game (even before Lair of the Shadowbroker DLC was even created), will you try to fix them as well?

Just wondering, I heard there was a glitch with the interaction between a romancing Femshep and Liara. Has this been fixed yet?

Okay so it seems that the bug mentioned at the beginning of this thread is back. The download doesn't for me or several others. It gives an error message when trying to extract the files. Redownloading doesn't work. Rebooting doesn't work. Anyone know a fix?

This is definitely not fixed, I downloaded the DLC today and received the NCIS installer error message failure, possibly a corrupt install file.

All the other DLC worked just fine.

I'm pretty sure they're abandoning the fix on the DLC for ME2 PC users, considering ME3 is out now. and its the new BioWare/EA Focus. I've had this NSIS error ever since i purchased the DLC. I've played it multiple times on the other platforms and enjoyed it! This is just downright disappointing.
